Welcome to Innovathon 2025, an exciting 24-hour
hackathon competition designed to push the limits
of innovation, creativity, and technical prowess.
This immersive event brings together developers,
designers, and tech enthusiasts from all walks of life
to collaboratively solve pressing challenges and
develop groundbreaking solutions. Whether you're a
seasoned hacker or a first-time participant,
Innovathon 2025 promises an unforgettable
experience of learning, networking, and fun.

Rules for the event
1.Projects must be developed within the 24-hour
timeframe of the hackathon. Pre-existing projects or
code bases are not allowed, although participants can
use open-source libraries and software unless prohibited
by the rules.
2.All work on the project must be original and created
during the hackathon. Plagiarism or copying of existing
projects is strictly prohibited and will result in
disqualification.
3.Participants are expected to adhere to a code of
conduct that promotes a respectful, inclusive, and
harassment-free environment. Any form of discrimination
or harassment will not be tolerated.
4.Participants are free to use any technology stack or
programming language they prefer. However, all
software and tools used must comply with legal and
ethical standards.
5.If the project involves data, participants must use
publicly available datasets or have the necessary
permissions to use proprietary data. Misuse of data will
lead to disqualification.

Rules for the event
6.Projects must adhere to ethical guidelines and not
cause harm or pose a risk to individuals, society, or the
environment. Any project found to be unethical or unsafe
will be disqualified.
7.All projects must be submitted by the specified
deadline at the end of the 24-hour period. Late
submissions will not be accepted.
8.The roadmap for the judging process and deadlines will
be given on the day of competition.
9.Teams will present their projects to a panel of judges.
Presentations should include an overview of the problem
addressed, the solution developed, technical
implementation, and potential impact.
10.Any team found violating the rules or engaging in
dishonest practices will be disqualified from the
competition.

11.Participants are responsible for bringing their own
laptops, chargers, and any other necessary equipment and
no liability for lost items.
12.Participants are encouraged to take breaks, stay
hydrated, and maintain a healthy work-life balance during
the hackathon. First aid and support services will be
available on-site.
13.Food, snacks and other supplements are provided to
the participants during the competition.
By participating in Innovathon 2024, participants agree to
abide by these rules and the decisions of the organizers
and judges. Let's hack responsibly and create solutions
that make a difference!

Rules for the event
1.Participants can present their idea as per the following
themes(NOT RESTRICTED TO) THEMES: Agritech,
Healthcare, Smart city, Transportation and education.
2.Creative audio-visual aids may be used, but the
contestant must be involved in the making or designing
them.
3.If at any stage of competition, plagiarism is found by
the organizers, the participants shall be disqualified.
4.Participants can submit only one idea. (If you have
more than one idea, chose your best one for submission).
5.The allocated time for the presentation of the Idea will
be (10+2) including question and answering session.
6.The proposed idea should not be in violation of any
intellectual property right.
7.The decision of the panel members will be the final.

2.The debate will be conducted in Parliamentary Style.
3.Participants are expected to follow a formal dress
code.

debate is expected.

6.The team can make use of pen and paper to write down
their points.

The timer starts once the door closes.
