Installation of water supply valve/water hammer arrestor found not acceptable due to following
reason;

Water supply gate valve/water hammer arrestor installed with the stem in a downward
orientation, which is against the project specification reference#220523/9. The specification
allows for horizontal installation as well as manufacturers installation guidelines.

The installed gate valve/water hammer arrestor with the stem pointing downwards shows
improper installation and the risk of debris accumulation within the valve/water hammer arrestor.
