Management System Training
services for its personnel in functional departments/sections of the organization management
system for its operations.
The course will be conducted online upon agreement between Bureau veritas and the
client. Terms of reference. The present offer describes the nature and extent of our
proposed services; the organization, the means and resources Bureau Veritas will

Training Methodology
The course uses a mixture of taught sessions, interactive group discussions,
exercises, continuous assessment to achieve its aims. The practical exercises are
based upon a fictional company. The practical exercises have been carefully
designed to focus upon issues that commonly arise during Information Security
management systems.

Payment Terms
 A confirmation in form of a Purchase Order should be sent 14 days prior to
commencement of the training.

 Payment should be made within 30 days after issue of the Invoice and before
issuing of the certificates.

 Bureau Veritas will charge a 1.5% interest per month on any pending invoice
that exceeds 30 days.

VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

This offer is valid until four months from the date of submission after which we
reserve the rights to re-negotiate the terms.
