2) The cost of tender documents and the earnest money should be deposited in the event of e-filling, intending bidder

3) Eligibility criteria for participating e tender:
(a) The bidders shall have satisfactory completed as a prime agency during the last 5 years from the date of issue of this
notice of single work of similar nature under the authority of State/Central Govt State/Central Govt under taking
Statutory bodies constituted under the statute of the Central/State Govt. and having a magnitude of 40 (forty) % of
the amount put tender. The completion certificate and detail communicational address of the client must be indicated
in the credential certificate. (Non Statutory Documents)
4) The tenderers should submit the following documents duly self attested with the technical bid document (Non
Statutory Documents) :
a) PAN/TAN (As applicable).
b) GST Registration Certificate & GSTR 38 (Assessment Year 2024-'25)
c) Professional Tax Registration Certificate & Up to date Professional Tax Return (Financial Year 2024-'25).
d) Up to date lncome Tax Return (Assessment Year 2022-'23,2023-'24 42024-'25).
e) Credential certificate of single same nature of work of last 5 years & to be signed by technical person

11) No material will be issued from the department.
12) Necessary deduction will be made from the billas per Govt, Rule.

arranged by Contractor at his own cost.

to achieving best quality of works at site.

10) We would carry out all necessary tests of all major items at frequency spelled out in the contract document /MORD Specification
book / Sp20iSp 72 to achieve the best quality work at site. We will be contract bound to bring to the notice of the EIC any non
compliance of test results along with the action taken report'

i1) Any departure whatsoever in any form will be considered as breach of contract. ln such situation the Department at his liberty may
with hold our payment till we rectify the defects or fulfill our contractual obligation. ln this connection Departmental decision will
be final and binding.
