NOTICE TO QUIT AND HANDOVER VACANT POSSESSION UPON
THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR TENANCY AGREEMENT IN MARCH,
2025.
We are Counsels to Mr. TSINGARI ISREAL AND ON BEHALF OF HIS
FAMILY your Landlady/Lords herein referred to as our “Client” on whose
instructions and behalf we write and give you this notice and resolutions.

That Pursuant to your tenancy agreement herein referred to as rent which


shall elapse on March, 2025. Notice is hereby given to you that our clients
are not interested in your renewal of your tenancy agreement, this is
because our client and his family intends to use the said premises/property
for their personal us beginning from when your tenancy elapse.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all outstanding bills is to be settled by you


on or before the expiration of your tenancy agreement in Marh, 2025.
Please accept our warmest regards and thank you for your usual
corporations and compliance.
