THIS CHANGE OF NAME BY DEED is made on this 15 day of


MARCH 2022 By MOHAMED SOUD RASHID formerly known as
MOHAMED SUDI RASHIDI of P.O.BOX 77530, DAR ES
SALAAM.
WITNESSED AND I HEREBY DECLARE as follows.

1. I absolutely renounce and abandon the said names


MOHAMED SUDI RASHIDI and in lieu thereof do assume
the name of MOHAMED SOUD RASHID in pursuance of
such change of name as aforesaid

2. I hereby declare that I will be known at all-time hereinafter in


all actions and proceedings in all dealings and transactions
and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name of
MOHAMED SOUD RASHID as my name in lieu of my
former names MOHAMED SUDI RASHIDI renounced as
aforesaid.

3. I HEREBY Expressly authorize and request all persons to


designate describe and address me as assumed the name of
MOHAMED SOUD RASHID
IN WITNESS wherefore I have hereunto subscribed my old
names of MOHAMED SUDI RASHIDI and have affixed my
