comparing the price with other suppliers, preparing weekly and monthly purchase budget.
12) Presentation of Comparative statements of required materials to the senior manager discussing
with the senior manager in case of costly materials and taking the approval for purchasing from
particular supplier.
13) Communicating with the material coordinators and project managers of different departments
in urgencies of material requirements and satisfying them for receipt of materials as per given
schedule
14) Communicating with quality control department and senior management of different
departments after receipt of new items to Create / Modify/ edit Item Codes or Activity Code for
each and every ITEMS & group them in the respective Group form for Material department.
15) Preparing plans for the Annual inventory and following it accordingly, auditing the stores units
in different sites for strictly following of procedures and Maintenance of important document,
submitting the monthly reports of GRS & SIV to the Accounts department.
