hi everyone my name is refka putra alfianto and my partner fadlan Hidayatullah

fadlan : we will bring news about the volcanic eruption that occurred in 2023

refka

Mount Merapi, which is located on the border of Central Java and Yogyakarta provinces, spewed
volcanic ash 3,000 meters into the air.

fadlan:

The eruption of Mount Merapi resulted in 75 people being trapped

and of the 75 people, it was reported that 52 people survived and 23 people died.

refka:

The eruption of Mount Merapi was caused by a landslide of the lava dome, which caused a hot cloud
slide and ash rain that spread to the Wonosobo area, around 33 km from the peak of Merapi.

fadlan:

And residents affected by the incident have been evacuated by the TNI and Polri to evacuation sites
that have been prepared by the regional government, namely the Yogyakarta Special Region
Government and the Central Java Regional Government.
