Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that we would like to officially offer you to participate in Shanghai
Banking & Finance WIE with details as below.
WIE Programme: Shanghai Banking & Finance WIE
Host Company (Chinese Name): 中信证券
Department: 业务部 (Further details will be provided 1 week before departure)
Location: Shanghai (Further details will be provided 1 week before departure)
Placement Duration: from 30 May to 12 July 2025
GEO reserves the right to re-assign your internship offer, subject to any changes in the host company's
final decision or any changes in the WIE requirements of your academic department.
To accept your offer, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Please read the “Important Notes Before Accepting the Offer” carefully and familiarise yourself with all the
information.
Step 2
Make sure your travel document[s] are valid for 6 months beyond the end of your WIE trip.
Get a scanned or photocopy of your travel document[s] ready [Guideline]
Download and complete the following 3 forms:
1. 2025 Mainland WIE Agreement
2. 2025 Health Declaration Form
3. 2025 Offshore WIE Student Charter
Submit the completed forms and travel document[s] to the “Mainland WIE Programme Online Acceptance
Form”.
Step 3

Pay the HK$2,000 programme fee via the PolyU Online Payment Portal: https://popp-
fo.polyu.edu.hk/enUS/portal/event/D3664A6005/GEO01.
Please take a screenshot of your payment confirmation page. You will need to upload this to the “Mainland
WIE Programme Online Acceptance Form”.
Step 4
Complete the “Mainland WIE Programme Online Acceptance Form” at
https://www.polyu.edu.hk/pfs2/index.php/796171?lang=en
You are required to complete the above on or before 9 May 2025, 11:59 p.m.
