1) Delivery Address: Redmin Industries Limited. Dargakanda, Balapur Road, Madhabdi Narshindi, Bangladesh.
TIN No: 861834107423. VAT No: 004650918-0306
2) Products must be delivered within 12th April’25.
3) VAT & AIT will be applicable as per Govt. rules.
4) Variation from original agreed sample/quoted is not ac ceptable.
In that case supplier will take the full order back and refund the payment.
5) If supplier failed to maintain any clause mentioned in Purchase Order/Quotation, Redmin has the right to cancel the PO.
6) Material(s)/service must be delivered at the mentioned plant/address by 4:30 PM in a particular day.
Safety Clause:
1. The vendor/supplier shall comply with all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety .
and Security guidelines according to local laws as well as policies and guidelines as required by Redmin
2. The vendor/supplier shall provide and ensure the use of required Personal Protective
Equipment by their personnel.
3. Installation job should be done as approved.
