 PROPOSAL REPORT
 Description: Report proposal is a special type of documentation used to show
 student recommendation of their proposed project. Proposal reports are
 detailed and well-researched written documents that describe all the
 development phases from planning to design phase.

 Description               In this part, the student will be tested with face-to-
                           face proposal defence must include:
                                 20 minutes session including question and
                                  answer (Q&A).
                                 Each student should participate in a peer
                                  review evaluation to assess other members in
                                  their group.
