LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

We are pleased to inform you that our organization found you worthy and qualified after
numerous numbers of examinations and interviews that we have offered you
appointment into the position of a Designer. We found your skills and ability suitable for
the growth of our company, we are pleased to offer you the appointment on the terms
and conditions below.

TERMS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AS FOLLOWS:


1. Position: Junior Graphics Designer
2. Working Time: Monday – Saturday (9AM – 6PM (Saturdays (9AM - 4PM))
3. Renumeration: N480,0000 (per annum)
Basic Salary: N40,000

Annual Leave: You are entitled to 15 working days leave vacation every
12 months (divided into two times per year)

4. Confidentially: You are required to keep all work related documents and
every other documents in your possession confidentially, you are also not
required to disclose any confidential documents to anyone, if you are
found defaulting, it will be regarded as a breach of agreement.
