Things You May Experience Whilst Breathing:
1. Heightened Emotions – Happiness, Bliss,
Peacefulness, Anger, Joy, Grief, Abandonment,
Sadness, Pleasure, Fear, Love, Guilt, Excitement,
Ecstasy, Clarity etc Please know, all of your emotions
are welcome and celebrated here.
2. Heightened Sensations – Trembling, Pulsy, Crampy,
Achey, Itchy, Goosebumps, Prickly, Relaxed, Radiating,
Fluid, Heavy, Buzzing, Wobbly, Tight, Soft, Pressure,
Twitching, Shaky, Gurgling, Puffy, Energized, Clear,
Flushed, Expansive.
3. Temperature Fluctuations – When breathing sometimes
our temperature can either rise or fall slightly. This can
result in feeling hot and the body perspiring/sweating.
Sometimes we can also feel cooler tingling sensations.
4. Tetany – Due to the techniques we are sharing most of
you will not experience Tetany. However some of you
may. Tetany simply means convulsive tension. During an
experience of tetany parts of your body may feel stiff
and cramped or tingly – like pins and needles. You may
find you cannot move them. It is usually experienced in
the hands but can also happen in your feet, lips or other
extremities. The key is … Do not panic. This is a
perfectly normal response and will pass. If it becomes
uncomfortable you can simply bring your attention to the
area and slow down the breath. Gently breathing into
that part of your body. You can also let out a loud sound
to support the emotional release and the movement of
the energy. Sound is one of the best ways to facilitate
the release of tensions stuck in the body.
5. Visuals - Some of you may see colours, images,
shapes, patterns and see memories, connect with
guides and those that have passed over. Abergale is
very Kinesthetic and rarely sees visions. Jared sees
more visions when he is breathing. Whatever you
experience is perfect for where you are currently on
your personal journey. Please use the techniques we
share for integration to support you.
Post Breathwork & Somatic Release Care:
After our breathwork experiences you may have feelings of
euphoria, bliss, joy, connectedness, love, ecstasy, pleasure
and surges of clarity & creativity.
You may also feel tender, vulnerable, sad, lower in energy,
confused and angry.
Please know that all of your emotions are normal. All of the
sensations you experience in your body are also completely
normal.
Quite often the breathwork can result in a stirring of ones
internal world. I.E Meeting with past experiences, the
surfacing of forgotten memories and previously unexpressed
emotions.
This is a beautiful opportunity for your body to complete the
cycle in your nervous system. For you to release and let go of
what no longer serves you so that you can feel more present,
more connected and more balanced in your body.
Breathwork allows us to clear limiting beliefs in our
subconscious mind and come to a place of presence, to
really anchor into the present moment. It allows us to
develop a deeper connection with our body and our
emotions and cultivate deeper levels of self trust, self worth
and self love.
You may notice a new sensitivity in your system and feel more
open than before. Sometimes things can feel a little worse
before they integrate and they get better.
We have compiled a list of resources and practices that we
recommend for you to explore to assist in a smooth
integration after your experience.
Taking this time for integration and to be with yourself and your
body is a VITAL component of the Dragon Money experience.
We highly encourage you to take a minimum of 20
minutes after the transmissions to complete at least one
of these suggestions to really amplify your results and
support nervous system integration.
INTEGRATION SUPPORT:
1. Being in stillness – Slow down. Bearing in mind you
may be a little sensitive to environments and energy,
take some time to listen to your body, receive the
insights and don’t simply rush straight back into ‘doing’
or diving into social media.
2. Grounding – Go outside and stand barefoot on the
earth. We understand this may not be an option for
everyone due to various regulations and lock downs. If
you can and you do have access we encourage you to
get your feet on the grass, sand , earth, tiles. Feel the
textures on the soles of your feet and allow your breath
to slowly come back to it’s natural rhythm.
3. Journal – Take 10 minutes to free write in your journal.
Allow all of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, learnings
from the experience to be expressed through your pen
onto the page. Journalling is hugely beneficial after a
breath work experience as a way to express without
externalising or projecting your emotions onto those in
your environment.
4. Creative Expression – If word’s don’t come easy use
art as a medium of expression. Use paint, clay,
colour, found objects. Try dancing & movement or
song to express yourself and your emotions.
5. Touch – Gently touch your own skin and body. Self
massage is a really beautiful & anchoring technique.
This experience is about coming home to yourself and
your body and reminding yourself that it’s safe to feel.
Self touch will reinforce this safety in your body. Gently
squeezing your arms or legs also helps to ground after
a journey.
6. A Special Object - Hold an object that has significance
for you, a memory or brings comfort. A stone, a picture,
altar item. Take small & gentle breaths connecting to
your item.
7. Gentle Stretches - Gentle Stretches & Yin Yoga Poses
can support the natural unwinding of the body and
support the release of emotions that may have been
stirred in the breath work. If you are new to Yin Yoga &
Stretching check out Youtube for heaps of videos.
8. Take a bath or shower – Water is great for cleansing &
returning the body to a beautiful loving state. Whilst
having a bath or shower repeat – ‘I am cleansing &
releasing all that isn’t mine and calling all of my energy
back to me now.’
9. Hydration and Water - Increasing your water intake
when doing somatic & emotional work increases your
ability to feel. Those of us that don’t prioritise our
hydration and water intake are often
avoiding our emotions. We suggest drinking Minimum
3L of water per day during & after this program.
10. Eat a Grounding Meal – Please ensure that during this
program you are eating nutrient dense food that will
support you to feel your emotions & be optimal for your
energy. Food that comes from the ground or the earth is
recommended. E.g Root vegetables, Fruit, Rice, Soups,
Curries, Herbal Teas, etc.
11.Avoid all Stimulants – Sometimes when we feel
overwhelmed or uncomfortable it is easy to turn to
substances and alcohol for avoidance and escapism.
Please know that this could result in more confusion to
your current sensitive state. Please instead nourish
your body with any of the practises shared above and
make conscious choices with your food to support your
nervous system and the integration process.
