Main screen
This screen shows calendar to know the booked days by
bells and when you click on them it shows the booked
details of that day:
1. The purple bell it appears when you have a confirmed
bearinmind the customer at least paid retainer for the
service provider
2. Golden bell it appears when the customer has initial
bearnimind and the service provider send a messege to
him to confirm his bearinmind by paying
3. Pink bell it appears when you have more than one
bearnimind at the same day

Items screen
items Add screen:-
1. Add the name of the product or service you provide, and if you wish, you
can activate the negotiation button To make the customer negotiate with you
the price of the service or the item that is being added, and you can operate
The site request button when booking to make the customer specify for you
where the site wants to rent or buy the item.
2. Add the item price and the deposit, as well as the commission, which is the
amount provided by the service provider For another service provider for the
item to be added, and if there is no commission writes the price 0 .
3. Add a description of the item to be added to explain the service or item for
clarification You can also click on the Choose Pictures button to add pictures.
4. You can press the Browse button to view all the data you have entered and
you can delete A picture if it was added by mistake before saving and after

Delete or edit screen: It shows you all the items that you added in the
application and you can delete or modify any item.

New price screen
Add pricing screen:
You can add a new price for each item you want, such as the
season, Thursday, or Spring day or any day of the year on
which you want to reduce or raise the price.
1. Select the item for which you want to adjust the price.
2. Specify the date you want the price to change.
3. Add new price and deposit.
Preview screen:-
You can view the new prices that have been added for each
product or service provided.

Warehouse Supply screen
To supply all services or services for the service provider:
1. This screen is used for service providers who depend on
the quantity in the nature of their activities Like the owners of
wedding dresses and others.
2. The item is selected and then enter the quantity to be
supplied and press the supply button.
3. To display the quantity of any item is chosen. You choose
the item then you press the display button.

Booking & selling screen
You can add any reservation or sale process
through the application when any costumer
attend to your workplace, knowing that the
company has no commission When you add
the process within the application from this
screen
Note:- The reason for adding this service in the application is to
avoid any conflict between online reservations and reservations
made at the service provider's workplace.

Offers screen
It shows a calendar to know the reservations through the bells
When you click on it, you can view the reservation details and
data for that day:
1. You can add a post, photo or a video by sending it to the
company Via WhatsApp to be added to the display
2. The video, of course, will be about sending a link from
the service provider's YouTube, and it will be done Add it to
the ads screen.
3. Add offers such as discounts or advertising for your
facility or you have something new to sell.

It’s a screen that shows all the
services that the application
provide to the costumers.
Services like( hulls, singers, DJ, hotels and
cars )

It contains the service providers
on the same activity

It contains all the items that service
provider offers.

Facility information screen
It shows the image of the facility, phone number, location,
and how much is the evaluation of the facility by customers.
1.The album: it shows some of the facility’s works or
pictures of it
2. Conditions: It shows the conditions for obtaining any item
from the facility and that is Makes the client agree to your
terms when making a reservation or purchase.
Note: All conditions are sent via WhatsApp to be added to
your profile

It shows all the items that the costumer chose
and want to buy or book.

Payment screen
It shows the reservations and purchases that have been
approved by the service provider When paying, you
cannot pay less than the deposit.
You must choose if you want to pay manually or via an
electronic wallet.
1. If you choose manual: you must enter the amount to be
paid and choose the person who You'll pay him after that he
will receive a notification contains a verification number then
he will give you The number to enter and press the
confirmation button so that you have completed the
payment process.

Payment completion screen
It shows your reservations that have remaining amounts,
and you can complete the payment of the amount in the
same way Payment screen, which is choosing the
payment method, either manually or via an e-wallet.

The completed screen
It shows the reservations that you have completed
paying the required amounts for. And you can
evaluate how the service provider treats you.

The expired screen
It shows your reservations that have expired payment
for the reservation of the service, Or the service was
booked from another customer because of your late
payment of the deposit, so you cannot reserve it
because it has become reserved.
