• Pricing: -The pricing above provided is Exclusive of 13% VAT and 10% TSC on the internet cost, and
exclusive of 13% VAT on the one-time installation cost.
• Installation: - Will be completed within 2 days of receiving the customer’s confirmation at our Network.
• Payment & Agreement: - Payment shall be made on a quarterly basis, agreement should be 3 years and must
Be completed within 7 days of installation completion.
• Cancellation: - If the customer wants to cancel after the Installation completion, they must pay an amount
Equivalent to the one-time installation cost.
• Primary Connectivity: - Necessary Fiber and Non-wireless ONU device will be provided.
• Secondary Connectivity: - The customer is responsible for managing secondary configurations and all the
devices.
• IP: - A public/static IP address will be provided. For Additional IP NRs.1,000/- per IP.
• Support: - Support and monitoring services will be managed by our Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) teams.
• Usage Graph access will be available to the customer.
• Device installed at the client’s premises by Classic Tech will be remain the property of Classic Tech. If lose or
Damaged customer will be liable.
