2. The appointment of the above-mentioned candidates is made subject to the following

i. They shall assume their duty at the place of posting within 15 days, positively.

ii. Their documents/degrees will be verified from the issuing College/University by the concerned

Principal/Director of Education (Colleges). In case the documents/degrees are found fake,

their appointment shall stand terminated automatically. Legal action should also be taken

against them by lodging an FIR with the concerned Police Station.

iii. They will be entitled to draw salary from the date of their joining in response to this

appointment/posting order and no TA/DA shall be paid.

iv. No request regarding their transfer shall be tenable during the initial 2 years of their

appointment.
