IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Student should carry the hard copy of his/ her Admit and Identity Card, without fail.
2. No student is permitted to enter the examination hall once the exam has commenced however, on genuine grounds, if a student is late by not more than 15
minutes, a valid permission slip must be obtained from the Control Room (RG03) to appear for the examination.
3. Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the commencement of the examination will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances.
4. Students should be present in the examination hall 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination and occupy the seats allotted to him/her as per the
seating arrangement.
5. Students are instructed to read the instruction on the answer booklet before the commencement of the examination.
6. Single answer booklet will be issued to the student during the University examinations with sufficient pages (44 pages) Additional or supplementary booklets
will not be provided.
7. No exchange of stationary (Pen, Pencil, calculator etc.) will be permitted
8. Students are required to enter the Answer booklet number with his/her signature on the Invigilator Dairy.
9. The students should not take any book(s) / note(s), log table, scribbling pad(s), Cell-phone(s), programmable calculator(s), unauthorized book, paper or any
kind of reference material into the examination hall.
10.Any attempt of Malpractice shall have serious consequences as per clause 14 of examination regulations.
11.Any student engaging in malpractice using a mobile phone or any other electronic device(s), the same will be confiscated permanently, and it will not be
returned.
