RE: REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF EMPLOYEMENT CONTRACT
I am writing to request an extension of my current employment contract which is set to expire
on 31st June 2025.

My request is premised on my desire to continue offering my services to the organization as


it seeks to improve access to safe water and sanitation services through infrastructure
development and capacity building.
Indeed, my time working with Tana Water Works Development Agency has been truly
impactful and quite insightful. It has granted me an opportunity to offer my exceptional skills
in professional driving, knowledge of traffic laws and routine vehicle maintenance. Further, it
has strengthened my time management and interpersonal skills while enhancing my
exposure of the water service providers within the greater Mt. Kenya region. Thank you for
the chance to be part of this great organization.
