Introduction
Quick Set-Up (fromonboard keypad)
There are two ways to program the Wurtec $3C: 1) locally [using onboard keypad and batterny

Testing the Phone Line

To make sure you have a good telephone line, you can make an outside call from the $3
Communicator using the onboard keypad. This is a good time to verify emergency numbers.

used with the phone. If you are getinga power source directly from the controller, it can
create a ground loop with the telephone line and cause the phone to malfunction. External
