7-Day Body & Mind Reset Challenge

This 7-Day Reset Challenge is built for students or busy individuals looking to improve their energy, sleep

quality, hair health, and mental clarity through simple steps. Follow the checklist daily, and track your feelings

to build better long-term habits.

Day 1: Reset Mode

- Wake early & drink 2 glasses of water.

- Take Xinc 20mg after lunch.

- Eat 1 banana, 1 egg, dal with rice.

- Sleep by 2:30 AM or earlier.

- Do 40 push-ups + 30 sec plank.

- Avoid junk food.

Day 2: Clean Start

- Add cucumber or raw veg to lunch.

- Start winding down 30 mins before bed.

- Retinol Forte after dinner.

- Listen to calm music before sleep.

Day 3: Skin & Hair Focus

- Eat 1 fruit (apple/guava/papaya).

- Oil massage before bed (coconut/onion oil).

- Do push-ups earlier in the day.
