1-What are your specific aims for taking part in


“AFRIKA KOMMT!”?
I am EKRA AMOIN CHRISTELLE JEMIMA , ivorian , 25 y.o, having a bachelor in Business
administration and ½ year experienced as accountant assistant and financial trainee.

To answer to the above question ,I want to

- Gain valuable international work experience and exposure to best practices in business
management.
- Expand my professional network and establish connections with industry leaders.
- Develop a deeper understanding of global business trends and strategies.
- Contribute to the growth and success of my organization through enhanced skills and
knowledge.
2-What are your Professional Targets within the
Next Ten Years?

In the next ten years, I want to

- Obtain a leadership role in the sales and marketing department of a multinational company,
driving strategic initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue.

- Develop expertise in business development, brand management, and market analysis to lead
successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

- Build a strong professional network within the sales and marketing industry to explore
collaboration opportunities and stay abreast of market trends.

- Achieve measurable results in driving sales growth and market expansion for the organization.

3-Which skills do you expect to gain during the


programme?

During this program , I want to get

Advanced knowledge in sales and marketing strategies, market research, and customer
relationship management.

- Proficient in data analysis, market segmentation, and digital marketing techniques.

- Enhanced communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement and
negotiation.

- Project management and leadership capabilities to lead cross-functional teams and drive sales
initiatives to success.

For the first profile,

- Sales and Marketing Specialist: My background in business administration equips me with


a solid foundation in marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market analysis. My
professional experience in finance and accounting has honed my analytical skills and
attention to detail, which are crucial in identifying market opportunities and implementing
targeted sales strategies. Additionally, my experience in financial management provides a
strategic perspective on pricing strategies, budget allocation, and revenue optimization,
aligning well with the sales and marketing specialist role.

- Business Project Manager: As a business administration graduate, I have a


comprehensive understanding of project management principles, process optimization, and
organizational strategy. My experience in finance and accounting has equipped me with
strong budgeting, forecasting, and risk management skills, essential for project planning and
execution. With a track record of successfully managing complex financial projects and
implementing process improvements, I am well-equipped to lead cross-functional teams,
