Subject : Reply to the Show Cause Notice issued to me dated 31.05.2025.

Respected Father,

I strongly refute all the complaints made against me as stated in the “Show Cause Notice”.

Father, I have been working in this Institution from past 7years and have always committed towards
the welfare, wellbeing and growth of the students. Apart from studies, I and the students mutually work
on their knowledge enhancement, social and personality growth and because of this bond, care and
affection they acknowledge me on each and every moment as and when they get a chance. I would
proudly like to put on record before you that in these 7 years, no complaint or any allegation has been
made either by parents or by students against me, rather have always received the appreciation for my
hard work, dedication, motivation and commitment towards the students and their studies.

Today, the Complaints stating that “I am very rude and arrogant towards students, humiliate them
and use unacceptable/foul language in class, very partial and often threaten to purposely reduce the
Final/Practical Marks of certain students, for petty issues or if they don’t comply to my requirements,
and moreover over my behavior is causing harassment and stress for the students and creating an
unsafe learning environment” has put me in utter shock and depression.

Father, as you know that before these Complaint an incident took place where I have come up
before you regarding the disciplinary issue against certain students and addressed that certain students
has created a private farewell group and they are using abusive and foul language against me and
other co teacher. The messages were caught when I and other teacher were taking the farewell dance
practice of these student and asked one of the student to give the mobile phone as we need it for the
dance. It is pertinent to mention here that as soon as we saw those messages, I immediately reported
the same to you and shown the messages and after reading all the messages you only directed to call
the parents of those students and also directed to restrain the students from taking part in dance and
to attend the farewell. It is immediately after this incident that these complaints has been received
against me. Therefore the timing of these complaints itself put the question on the genuinity and
authenticity of these allegations made against me.

Father, I would like to place on record that while going through the messages we found not only the
abusive words used against me but other words like Bhangan, chapari etc used for me which is
completely un- acceptable. These students also written “ Iska farewell to hum kharab karenge, last
minute par back off kare lenge, fir khud naach legi aur father ko bhi nacha legi, kya karegi zyada se
zyada practical mai marks kum degi, boards mai to external dega, ye humara kuch nahi kar sakti
etc..” and after going through with all the messages you only had directed to call on the parents of the
students, who came to the school, and after understanding the issue apologized to me admitting their
ward mistake. Unfortunately, one of the student told me that “my father is an advocate, I will call him,
Dekh lenge”. The father of that student came and initially had shouted on me, but once I made him
understand and shown him the messages, even he admitted the mistake of the student and apologized
with an assurance that it will not be repeated in the future.

After the incident above indecent, two emails were received at School e-mail address reporting the
allegations against me and that too without any evidence or proof to corroborate the version. Father,
on the basis of these emails you issued a show cause notice to me seeking my reply in 7 days. It is
worth to mention here that when I personally investigated the above stated matter and discussed the
issue with one of the parents who send the email, they bluntly refused and denied all the allegations
stating that the respective email was not send by them and it was their ward who got tutored and
influenced by the other student and send the email on their behave without acknowledging them or
taking the permission from them. The parents immediately apologized and assured that they will
come to the school, will meet you to clear the confusion, hence forth that complaint is nothing but a
false complaint been made under coercion, and influence of the other student. With this act, it again put
the question of the bonafide intention of the other parent who levelled numerous allegations against
me.

Father if I have been ever rude, partial, using foul/abusive language, arrogant, then during these 7
years at least a single complaint, oral or written, must have come before the management that too
when there are numerous occasions like PTMs, result handover, annual day where the parents meet
with the teachers, management and do have the opportunity to put their views before each other.

At last, I would place on record that I am always honest, loyal and committed towards my
profession. Being a teacher is a noble job as we contribute with our efforts in building up the career of
the students so that they reach to great heights irrespective of whether they will remember and
acknowledge us or will understand that we have put our all efforts for their future.

I once again strongly and specifically deny all the allegations made against me in the show cause
notice issued to me on date 31.01.2025. However, if there is any doubt or un-satisfaction with the
reply, I am ready for open discussion and to defend myself against the complaints.
