Dato’ Ab Rahim Abu Bakar - Chairman
He has an extensive exposure in the power engineering,
construction and oil and gas industries. Dato’ Ab Rahim
holds several other directorships in other private
companies such as the KUB Group, BARTEC Group,
EDMI Meters S/B and VTZROTND (M) S/B.
Eugene Tan Hock Lim - CEO
He graduated with a Technician Diploma of
Electrical / Electronic Engineering from Pertama
Institute of Technology in March 1999. He has gained
28 years of professional experience, with 22 years in
the Security and Automation technology industry.
Mohd Fadzil – Managing Director
Obtained his Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics
Engineering (Honors) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional in
2010. Received his professional engineer certification from
Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia in June 2011 and Professional
Technologist certification from Lembaga Teknologis
Malaysia in January 2021. Carries 12 years of experience in
engineering, project management and delivery.
Nor Azman – Director / Shareholder
Graduated with a Bachelor of Design (Industrial) in UiTM
in 2004. Has been in the design engineering field for 19
years. He now handles design drawing for the projects
undertaken by our Group.
Petr Obsel - CTO
Graduated with a Master’s degree in IT & Electronic
Systems from the Nottingham University, UK, in 2003.
Carries with him an extensive 24 years of working
experience in the IT & Technology industry and has been
involved in projects in Malaysia since 2009.
Juraj Zidzik - CIO
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering
from the University of Zilina in 2005. He has been involved
in multiple software engineering projects in Malaysia since
2008 in which it has earned him the CIO position in TSM.
