Representative Humanitarian Society

Fajr Shahzad (8C)-Will go make announcements to all Grade 6 sections

When to do the announcements (Any day from Tuesday-Thursday, but during your language lessons and
take permission from the teacher to go and do the announcements)

What to announce:

 Introduce yourself (That you are the representative (Name of society)


 LGS Paragon Middle School is publishing a digital magazine
 We would like students to contribute any type of work (english, urdu or artwork)
regarding/ about our society (Suggest ideas and encourage students about what they
can contribute such as polls, artwork, tips and trick, recommendations, creative writings
or anything else which is based upon the society)
 Deadline for submission of work is 24th April
 Note: Please let the students know that other members from the student council will
come to the classes and they will collect your work from the 22nd April. (Representatives
of the society wont collect work, those who have been already assigned the task to
collect work from the respective sections will collect the student work)

 If they have any queries they can come to you guys (the representatives) or to Miss
momina to ask. They can also ask their teachers for help in proof reading their work.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PUBLIC SPEAKING SOCIETY REPRESENTATIVES:


Please involve Musa Ahmed, the honorary representative in it as well. Ask him to also
suggest ideas or anything else regarding the society to tell to the students as you guys will
only be able to go to the classes and do the announcements.
