have my own ways to discipline the pupils. For Example
during discussion and automatically I give a question and
call the name of that pupils who are not listening to answer

Because the attitude of the pupils nowadays they have a
very short span of listening.

Why did you choose this teacher?

My favorite teacher taught me Filipino in elementary school.
At first, I didn't like the subject, but she made it enjoyable.
Her teaching methods were creative and easy to
understand. She was patient, kind and supportive. Her
approach went beyond academics. She praised our efforts,
celebrated our progress and helped us grow. She made me
resilient, independent and confident. Her genuine care
shaped my love for learning.
