Digital Saving Account– Paytm First Membership Offer Terms and

Conditions

1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) the following
terms shall have the meaning as under:-

(i) “Paytm first membership” shall mean Paytm first membership issued by one 97
communication pvt ltd under the brand name of Paytm first membership.

(ii) “Bank”/ “RBL Bank” shall mean RBL Bank Limited.

(iii) “Credit Card” shall mean the credit card which has been issued by RBL Bank and is
valid and subsisting during the Offer Period.

(iv) “Card Holder” shall mean such individuals to whom a Credit Card has been issued
and who is authorized to hold the Credit Card.

(v) “Days” shall mean all calendar days including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays.

(vi) “Debit Transaction” shall mean any debit transaction wherein the transaction has
taken place and has not been cancelled/rejected/unsuccessful due to any reason
whatsoever.

(vii) “Digital Savings Account” shall mean Digital Savings Account opened with RBL
Bank subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned on the Bank’s website at the
link [https://www.rblbank.com/product/savings-accounts/digital-savings-account]

(viii) “Eligible Customer” shall mean who has received the communication of the Offer
from RBL Bank by way of e-mail/ SMS/WhatsApp etc. alert as per the discretion of
RBL Bank.

(ix) “Offer” shall mean the offer from RBL Bank to its Eligible Customer to receive Paytm
First Membership if the Eligible Customer,

(x) Open full KYC Digital Savings Account during the Offer Period “Offer Period” shall
mean period commencing from 16th Dec 2024 To 17th Jan 2025 (both days
inclusive).

2. This Offer is valid only for the Eligible Customers who have received direct
communication via SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp, Push notification etc. Alert from RBL Bank.

3. If the Eligible Customer,

opens full KYC Digital Savings Account with RBL Bank during the Offer Period then such
Eligible Customer will receive one Paytm first membership on their registered e-mail
address within a period of 60 (sixty) Days post completion of the Offer Period.

5. By participating in this Offer, the Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by the Terms &
Conditions of this Offer. Any Eligible Customer participating in this Offer shall be
deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

6. The Paytm first membership received under the Offer will be valid only for a period of 12
(Twelve) months from the date of its issuance and cannot be extended for any further
period, even if such Paytm first membership is not used.

7. An Eligible Customer can get a maximum of 1 (One) Paytm first membership under this
Offer.

8. Offer is only valid for the Eligible Customers and cannot be extended to family, friends
or otherwise and cannot be combined with any other promotion/ offer/ accounts
running on the website of the RBL Bank Limited [www.rblbank.com]. The Offer is non-
transferable, non-negotiable and non-cashable and any amount under the Amazon
Voucher cannot be used by the Eligible Customers to set off any of their liabilities or
obligations towards the Bank.

9. RBL Bank employees will not be eligible to receive Paytm first membership.

10. The Eligible Customers are not bound in any manner to avail the Offer. Participation by
the Eligible Customers is purely voluntary and on participation in or utilizing the Offer,
the Eligible Customers agree to be always bound by these Terms and Conditions.

11. RBL Bank has all the right to revoke, cancel or modify the Offer without assigning any
reason or without any prior intimation.

12. RBL Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from the benefits of the
Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of
availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Credit Card or other
services from RBL Bank.

13. All information provided herein is on "as is" basis without warranty of any kind from RBL
Bank. RBL Bank makes no representation and disclaims all express and implied
warranties of any kind in relation to the Offer to the Eligible Customer and/or any third
party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness,
merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

14. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory
authority, which may arise or accrue to the Eligible Customers due to participating in the
Offer, shall be the sole responsibility and liability of such Eligible Customer.

15. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, or
unenforceable in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions shall continue to be valid as
to its other provisions and the remainder of such affected provision.

16. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and
conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, the final
decision will be RBL Bank. The decision made by RBL Bank in relation to this Offer and
matter incidental there to shall be final and binding on the Eligible Customer.

17. Failure by RBL Bank to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a
waiver of those rights.

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts at
Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes with respect to all
the subject matter related to the Offer. However, RBL Bank reserves the right to
approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.

20. The terms and conditions regarding the steps to redeem and the usage of the Paytm
first membership shall be governed by the terms and conditions as published by Paytm
first voucher at [https://paytm.com/about-us/our-policies/#tandc.] or such other terms
and conditions as may be published or amended by Paytm First Membership in relation
to the same, from time to time.

21. In case of any issues/queries/complaints/grievances related to the Paytm First

Membership (including redemption of the Paytm First Membership or any usage or
service issues relating to Paytm First Membership) as received by the Eligible Customer
under the Offer, the Eligible Customer shall raise the same directly with Paytm First
Membership and the Bank shall not be responsible for the same. RBL Bank shall not be
liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise due to the
Eligible Customer participating in the Offer.

22. RBL Bank does not guarantee and does not make any representation about the
usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the
products/services under the Offer.

23. These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to the terms and conditions as
applicable to (a) the Credit Card and (b) Digital Savings Account in case the Eligible
Customer opens Digital Savings Account.
