Supporting evidence #1: With an extended school time, students or people from the school would have more
time to sleep or do anything they want before school. Because school time is
extended, people could do work they didn't do; they could also get ready for school
earlier. Lastly, they can get the chance to make sure they aren’t forgetting anything
before school.

Supporting evidence #2: The second reason why school time should be extended is that people can get good
sleep, and they can develop good effects from that sleep. Without good sleep, you
may feel fatigued all day and not have the motivation to do anything. Which affects
your work and learning experience.

Supporting evidence # 3: Lastly, schools should change their starting time because people without good sleep
feel sad, depressed and tired of doing anything. Which enflicts their mental health, by
causing someone to experience that feeling. Many cases of getting no sleep is from
oding work, or getting ready for a test. But If they continue to not get good sleep
because of work, they might get depression, stroke and a weakned immunity system.

health, cognitive performance, and eliminating feelings of fatigue. People need at least
8 hours of sleep a day; otherwise, they are more likely to fall asleep due to the
homeostatic pressure that sleep induces.
