Introduction:

Good afternoon, my name is Hai Van. I am 22 years old. My major is English

Studies, and I am currently in the process (ró cẹt s) of graduation (ra chiu ấy sần)
review.
After graduating (rá chiu ây ting), I aim to apply for a full-time position pə
ˈziSH(ə)n. I see Sylvan Learning (Sơr vân Lânr Nìn) on Career Link's recruitment
(rì keep mầnt) page and I very interested in the Customer Service Officer position.
I chose this role because I enjoy communicating, working with people, and aspire
(ạt spai ờ r) to grow in an educational environment.
What are your short-term goals?
Moreover, since my major is English, I currently lack a teaching certificate (so tips
fit cot), which is required for teaching roles. My short-term goal is to work in an
educational environment for 1–2 years while studying for a teaching certificate.
Afterward, I plan to pursue (pơ sur) a career in teaching.
What are your strengths?
My problem-solving (so vìn) skill is one of my strengths. In my previous (rí vi ợt s)
part-time job as a teaching assistant, I often had to handle sudden (sớ đần) schedule
(ske chùa) changes or help students with their concerns quickly, making sure the
classes went well.
What is your weakness?
I’ve always felt a little nervous about speaking in front of people. I’ve been working
on it by joining group discussions and taking small speaking opportunities at work.
I’ve already seen a lot of progress, and I’m continuing to practice to feel more
confident.

*JOB:
As I understand it, my position will include the following responsibilities
Ensure customer service at the center.
Monitor re-enrollment (èn rô mền) and KPIs.
Coordinate (khâu work nẹtt) teaching and activities at the center.
Support student learning/support programs.
What do you think makes you a good fit for this company?
I think I would be a great fit for this company because my skills and values match
your mission of providing good education. I am passionate about helping others and
enjoy working in a place where I can support students' development. My past
experience as a teaching assistant has helped me build strong communication and
problem-solving skills, which I believe will be useful in this role. I’m excited about
the chance to contribute to a company that values learning and making customers
happy."
