Access to over 850 airport lounges overseas with HSBC Platinum Mastercard credit card
Make the most of the airport lounge services with 8 complimentary lounge access in a year. You will be able to avail of these
complimentary lounge accesses at participating international lounges overseas airports.
After you have exceeded the 4 complimentary accesses, the applicable lounge access fee (plus taxes) will be charged to your
credit card account
If you are accompanied by a guest (including add-on cardholders) during any of your lounge visits, an access charge of INR
equivalent of USD 27 (plus applicable taxes) per guest will be levied to your credit card account.

LoungeKey Terms and Conditions
1. This feature is exclusive for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) platinum Mastercard
credit card primary cardholders (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cardholders’) only and any participation by the cardholder is
voluntary.
2. Under this feature, cardholders will get a complimentary membership to LoungeKey, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Feature’).
The feature will be available to the cardholder till the validity of the platinum credit card. If the Platinum credit card is blocked/
cancelled/lost/reclassified, then cardholders will cease to have access to this benefit.
3. At the participating international airport lounges, cardholders need to present their HSBC Platinum Mastercard credit card
(‘Credit Card’) and state their intention to avail the LoungeKey facility before accessing the lounge. The lounge staff will
swipe the credit card on the LoungeKey machine and a pre-authorization charge of Indian Rupees equivalent of USD 3.25
will be levied to the card, which will be subsequently be reversed within 25 days.
4. LoungeKey membership allows preferential access to over 850 international airport lounges worldwide.
5. Cardholders can avail of 4 complimentary international airport lounge visits in a calendar year. On exceeding the 4
complimentary visits, the lounge fees plus applicable taxes will be charged to the cardholders’ credit card account. The

6. Please note that the complimentary usage of various facilities during the 4 complimentary visits is available only to the
primary cardholders.
7. The lounge access charge for guests accompanying the primary cardholders (including add-on cardholders) will be Indian
Rupees equivalent of USD 27 plus taxes per person per visit.
8. Please note that the charges will reflect in the credit card statement in Indian Rupees only. In case the Platinum credit card is
used to avail the LoungeKey facility and subsequently blocked/cancelled/lost/reclassified, any outstanding Lounge charges
will be charged to the account linked to the credit card.
9. HSBC is not making any offer on the products or services provided by LoungeKey and does not make any warranties or
representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services under this feature. All
disputes in this regard should be taken up directly by the cardholders with the lounges. Cardholders waive any and all rights
of claim with regard to the feature against HSBC.
10. HSBC reserves its absolute right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace,
wholly or in part, this feature by another feature, whether similar to this feature or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any
point in time by providing appropriate intimation to the cardholders.
11. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this feature shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
12. The feature is subject to force majeure events.
13. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the cardholders.
14. By availing this feature, the cardholders accept all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality.

Mastercard Lounge Programme Terms and Conditions
The program is applicable in select Lounges in India, via Mastercard’s service providers. This list of lounges is subjected to changes
from time to time.
Access at the lounge would be given upon successful authorization of the Mastercard card on the electronic terminals placed at the
lounges.
Eligible cardholders will get access to the lounge, and food and beverages as applicable under the agreement between Mastercard
and the lounge. Cardholder is advised to check what services and facilities are covered in the Mastercard Lounge access program.
An authorization for an amount (`25) will be taken on the card for validation purposes only and it will not be charged to Mastercard
cardholder’s account.
Program is open only for card holders carrying a valid Mastercard card issued in India. Only one entry per cardholder will be
permitted.
The program is applicable till 31 December 2021.
The program can be modified, amended, changed or revoked anytime by Mastercard without prior intimation.
The access to the lounge will be available on first-come-first-serve basis.
