Calvary Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

HYMNAL CONCERT REQUEST


We are a young Chorale Group who's mission is winning Youths for Christ through inreach and
outreach music programs within our reach. We have held previous concerts in some of our sister
churches around Oyigbo and wish to hold one in your church auditorium this time.
We humbly and respectfully request the use of your church facility for a Hymnal Concert on the 7th
of June 2025. We hope to do this in tandem with the church choir and make it run through with the
Divine service.

We believe that your church would be an ideal venue for our event, and we would be honored to
have the opportunity to minister here. We assure you that we will abide by all the rules and
regulations given to us. We would like to also stats that there are no financial commitments or
involvement attached, But we would like to work with the music department of the church.

We would like to request the use of the following facilities:

- Sanctuary/main auditorium
- Sound and audiovisual equipment
- Restrooms
- Parking

We are willing to work with you to ensure that our event does not conflict with any of your church's
scheduled activities. We would appreciate any guidance you can provide regarding the use of your
facility.

Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to the possibility of partnering with your
church for this event.
