d. Day 4: Night Market: A community
bonding event featuring food stalls,
local crafts, and entertainment,
serving as the closing ceremony for
the day and supporting local
businesses.
e. Day 5: Grand Night: The fiesta
culmination with performances,
awards for contest winners, and a
tentative fireworks display (contingent

include a closing speech, recognition
