CONDITI ONS
1. A separate application form must be completed in respect of each separate business establishment

2. This permit is used under the County Government Act.

3. Any offence under this Act shall be dealt with in accordance with any written laws/Act of this
County.

4 A permit is a county propeffy

5 A permit can be cancelled/refused to be issued, if any of the County Acts or any written law of
the country is contravened.

6. This Permit is not a receipt.

7. PHOTOCOPY OF THIS PERMIT IS ILLEGAL. PHOTOCOPIED PERMIT

SHOULD NOT BE DISPLAYED.
8 This Permit is subject to inspection at any time by authorised officers.

9 This permit is not transferable and should only operate at the premises, business type, shop
number and location prescribed therein.

10. This perrnit is an accountable document, malicious damage to it is an offence and if tost N4UST
be reported to the police.

11 Do not raise any payment of a Single Business Permif before your application is approved and
proper bill is issued.

12. Single Business Permit paid and not collected within thirty (30) days from the payment date
altract a search fee.

13. This Single Business Permit MUST be conspicuously displayed atthe Business premises

14. Change of ownership of this permit or removal to another prernise shall require a formal request
application to the County Secretary.

15 Granting this license does NOT EXEMPT the business identified above from complying with
current regulations on Health and Safety as established by the Govemment of Kenya and the
COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KIAMBU.
