Introduction
My name is Ayush Patidar, and I am a final-year Computer Science Engineering
student at Mahakal Institute of Technology, currently holding a CGPA of 8.6. I
completed my schooling at OJC, Ujjain, securing over 90% in both 10th and 12th
grades.

I currently serve as the President of the Student Council, having previously


demonstrated leadership and maturity as the Vice President. I am also actively
involved in college community clubs like GDSC, where I am the Competitive
Programming Co-Lead, and MDC, where I lead Management and Marketing lead.

My technical journey began with mastering programming languages like C, C++,


and Java. Over time, I advanced to become a proficient full-stack developer,
gaining hands-on experience through projects such as Study Notion and Ninja
Notes. With these I have participated in couple of hackathons in 2023 and
2024.
Beyond academics, I am a state-level cricket player and enjoy solving Sudoku
puzzles. Additionally, I have a keen interest in teaching and public speaking.
My strengths lie in leadership, determination, intuition and punctuality.

2. What challenges did you face during your engineering studies, and how did
you overcome them?
Ans - Time management was very crucial and challenges during my
engineering study that I used to come from maksi ,reached at 5 o'clock it is very
difficult to manage the academics curriculum as well as extra curriculum related
to the coding and extract club activity. So time management was challenging for
me to manage but I figure out by maintaining a proper routine for that.

3. As the President of the Student Council, can you share a specific instance
where your leadership made a significant impact?
Ans - Skill Development Programs, Organising Cultural Events, oath ceremony
and TEDX like event.

4. How have your roles in GDSC and MDC enhanced your technical or
managerial skills?
Ans- It helps significantly, Through GDSC we conduct many online technical
classes. MDC my network and public speaking improves alot.

5. How do you manage your time between leadership roles and academics?
Ans- I managed my time and task by following concepts of PS and SJF.

Ans- I enjoy both frontend and backend development because each offers unique
challenges and learning opportunities. During my projects, I actively worked on
both ends, but I find myself more engrossed in backend development as It
