Introduction
Our goal is to make the class more fun and active, so that students feel
excited to play. When activities are too repetitive or boring, students lose
interest and stop participating, which makes the class less effective. For
this reason, we decided to use games instead of traditional exercises or
fitness circuits. Games may take a bit longer to explain, but they help
create a better atmosphere and increase student motivation.
It's also important to observe how students are responding during the
class. We want them to enjoy what they’re doing, not just follow
instructions without energy or interest. If we see that a game isn’t working
well, we can quickly change the rules or replace it with something better
to keep the group engaged.
Time Organization
The class will be divided into two main parts: the warm-up and the main
activity. The warm-up will help students get moving and prepare their
bodies. The main part of the class will last around 20-25 minutes. Good
time management is important to make sure everything runs smoothly.
We plan to spend only 1 minute explaining each game. In total, about 5 to
7 minutes will be used for explanations. If needed, we will give more
instructions or change things during the game to keep it fun and clear for
everyone.
Teams
We split the class in 2 groups that we thing they are
balanced, and after with the 2 groups we splited into 3 groups.

Quick Shot
Two players stand facing each other with a ball placed on the
ground exactly in the middle between them.
They play one quick round of rock, paper, scissors.
The winner must grab the ball as fast as possible and try to
throw it at the loser.
The loser must quickly run away and try to avoid being hit by
the ball.

Warm up:
Grab and Go
To play, players must form pairs and stand back-to-back. On
the ground, right in the center between them, place a soft
ball, like a foam ball or similar.
One person — the teacher or someone chosen — starts saying
random words out loud. These words have nothing to do with
the game and are meant to distract the players.
At an unexpected moment, that person shouts “GO!”. When
they hear it, both players must turn around as quickly as
possible and try to grab the ball before the other. Speed and
reflexes are key to winning.
After each round, players will change partners to keep the
game fresh and fun!
Material:
1 ball for each pair (8 balls)
Duration:
As it’s warm up, this game will be short, 2-3 minutes

Warm up:
Human snake
This is a fun and energetic group game that encourages
teamwork, coordination, and lots of laughter. Players are
divided into several teams, with each team forming a line. All
team members hold onto the waist of the person in front of
them, creating a “snake.” The first person in the line is the
head of the snake and is responsible for guiding the entire
team.
The goal of the game is to catch the tail of another team’s
snake — that is, the last person in their line — without letting
go of your own teammates. At the same time, the other teams
are trying to avoid being caught while attempting to catch
others themselves. It becomes a fast-paced game of chasing
and dodging, where the snakes twist, turn, and sometimes
crash into each other.

Explanation:
This is a fun and dynamic relay game that encourages
teamwork, communication, and trust.
Players are divided into teams, and each team needs a
wheeled platform (like a skateboard or a small cart), a rope,
and a blindfold. At the starting line, one player puts on the
blindfold and holds the rope tied to the platform. Another
teammate sits on the platform and acts as the guide.
The blindfolded player must pull the platform, with the
seated teammate on it, through a marked course. Since the
puller cannot see, the seated teammate must give clear
verbal instructions, such as “left,” “right,” “slow down,” or
“stop”, to help navigate the route. It is important that they
communicate well to avoid obstacles and stay on course.
Once the pair reaches the end of the course, they either
switch roles and return, or pass the blindfold and platform to
the next pair on their team, depending on the chosen version
of the game. The team that completes the full relay first wins.

area without letting it touch the ground.
Players work together to keep a single balloon (or more) in the
air while slowly moving across a defined space . The balloon
must never fall. If it touches the floor, the group starts over.

Game 2: Cone Run
Explanation:
In this game, your goal is to grab one cone and bring it back to
your starting point without getting tagged.
At the far end of the field, there are three "guardians"
standing along a horizontal line. These guardians can only
move side to side along that line — they cannot step forward
or backward. Their job is to tag anyone who tries to pass
through.
All players will start on the opposite side of the field. When
the game begins, everyone runs at the same time, trying to
make it past all three guardians without being touched. If a
guardian tags you, you must immediately return to your
starting side and try again.
If you make it through all three guardians without being
tagged, you can pick up one cone from the back of the field.
Then, you must follow the marked vertical path straight back
to your starting point.
Important: Once you're on your way back with a cone, the
guardians can no longer tag you. That part of the route is safe.
The game continues until all the cones have been collected

or other boundaries. All players except one or two start inside
the marked zone, while the remaining one or two players stay
outside, each with a ball in hand.
The players outside the zone must try to throw the balls to hit
the players inside. If a player inside the area is hit by a ball,
they must leave the zone and join the throwers outside. From
then on, they also help try to eliminate the remaining players
by throwing balls at them. If the ball stays inside the
rectangular area, the ones outside are allowed to go inside
and catch the ball, they must go outside the zone to continue
playing.
The game continues in this way until only one player remains
inside the area. That person is declared the winner.

Conclusion
We think that adding some stretching exercises at the
end of the class will be great because of two reasons:
Stretching exercises can prevent injuries at your
mussels, mussels need to relax after their contraction
and stretching is a great way to make our mussels to
relax.
The time that these exercises can give us, during the
students are doing these exercises we are able to talk to
them in order to say who the winner was and also to ask
how do they think today’s class was. Also if exercises
finish before the time expected we can use this time to
stretch.
Doing this project has shown us that creating a class for
1st of Baccalaureate students is not an easy task,
because there is people that has not a good physical
form, and those who have it may get bored because of
the difference of intensity that some students give and
some students don ́t. A complete class has to be a class
that everyone enjoys it and they will see that it has been
too short, because they enjoyed, also students have to
feel that they have
been working, not only to see if some of them have
sweat, also that they have moved on.
