AFFIDAVIT OF NO-IMPROVEMENT

I, ELIZABETH LLANES-GO, widow, Filipino citizen, and a resident of


Barrio Lingsat, San Fernando City, La Union, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the registered owner of a parcel of land designated as Lot 9,


Block 12, Psd-54173 [Lot 6464], situated in Barrios of Poro and
San Francisco, San Fernando City, La Union, covered and described
under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-2788, declared under
Tax Declaration No. 04-046-68138, containing a total area of
375 square meters;

2. That the land I donated to LOUIE NIKKO L. GO by virtue of the


Deed of Donation I executed, appearing in the notarial register of
SANDRO MARIE N. OBRA, docketed as Doc. No. 437; Page No. 72,
Book No. II; Series of 2014; has no improvement;

3. That this affidavit is hereby executed to attest to the truth of the


facts above-stated; in compliance with the Circular No. 31 of the
Department of Justice pursuant to PD 17 as amended by RA 6657;

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NONE.
