1. CONTRACT PERIOD
1.1 This contract is effective from 1st November 2024 to 30th October 2026; the contract
shall expire without prior notice and its terms remain unchanged throughout the period.

2. PLAYER'S OBLIGATIONS
2.1 The Player shall participate in the Club's activities including matches, training, meetings,
and other related events as per the Club's and governing sports organizations' regulations.

2.2 The Player must immediately report any impediments such as illness or injury affecting
participation in Club activities.

2.3 The Player shall not negotiate or sign contracts with other clubs without the Club's
consent, unless the current contract expires within three (3) months.

2.4 The Club guarantees cost-free treatment for injuries sustained during training or
matches.

3. BENEFITS
3.1 The Club shall Provide accommodation, feeding and Healthcare.

3.2 Players suspended for breaching Club rules are not entitled to financial compensation.

3.3 The Player is entitled to holidays as per the Club's collective agreement and Nigerian
laws.

4. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP


4.1 The Player shall participate in the Club's advertising and sponsor activities without
additional compensation, allowing the Club to use the Player's name and image in
advertisements.
4.2 The Player shall use equipment with advertising as instructed by the Club during
training, matches, press conferences, and media interviews.

4.3 The Player may not advertise for companies that compete with the Club's partners and
sponsors without the Club's consent.

5. TRANSFER TO ANOTHER CLUB


5.1 The Club will facilitate opportunities for the Player to secure contracts with local or
foreign clubs during the contractual period.

5.2 Upon contract expiry, the Player may transfer to another club in accordance with NFF
and FIFA regulations.

6. RIGHT TO TERMINATE
6.1 Either party may terminate this contract immediately if the other party breaches its
obligations significantly.

6.2 The Club may suspend the Player for up to one (1) month for breaches.

7. SPORTS REGULATIONS
Both parties must adhere to FIFA, CAF, NFF, LSFA and ESFA rules and regulations, which
may affect this contract.

8. DISPUTES
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration as per NFF's Arbitration Board Regulations.

9. OTHER AGREEMENTS
No other agreements between the parties shall override this Player Contract unless stated
herein.
