      Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians.
      Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe working order in line with current
       regulations.
      Delegating work responsibilities.
      Recording daily maintenance activity.
      Mentoring inexperienced or new employees.
      Responding quickly to any emergencies.
      Conducting employee performance reviews.
      Using specialist maintenance management software to track work.
      Running a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long
       run.
Workshop Responsibilities
      Ensures the I&E workshop is managed effectively and efficiently.
      Plans daily activities of the workshop.
      Receives and recording all incoming and outgoing jobs.
      Conducts professional repairs.
      Installs and commissions sold equipment.
      Stores and monitors the workshop tools.
      Updates mentor of the status of their repair jobs through written reports or by telephone.
      Disseminates information regarding preventive maintenance.
      Provide reports to the following individuals, departments and/or external contacts on the
       following basis: Workshop Job Analysis Report to Head of Department to indicate the
       inflow of maintenance and repairs jobs, on a monthly basis.
