To build a chatbot-driven ticketing and CRM solution by integrating Zoho SalesIQ with Zoho
CRM, automating communication, lead generation, ticket raising, and centralized data visibility
under GDPR-compliant standards.

- Automate ticket raising through form submission.
- Stream live chat and notifications into Zoho CRM.
- Auto-create leads (and contacts).
- Enforce admin-only data visibility and private CRM sharing rules.
- Enable GDPR-compliant data handling.

1. Discovery & Planning
Deliverables: Project kickoff, requirements gathering, access preparation

3. Live Chat Setup & Test
Deliverables: Configure SalesIQ chat and test it

• Working hours for chat
• Branding elements (colors, logo)
4. CRM Integration
Deliverables: Sync SalesIQ with Zoho CRM, enabling lead/contact creation
