Aaccused Sachin Kumar s/o Vinay Kumar r/o Lilodh Police station Kosli, in jail in front of
witnesses has made a statement in the police custody without any fear or greed that on dated
23/24.02.2020, I received a call on my phone number 8684851888 from Yogesh s/o Naresh
Yadav r/o Kosli, who is my aunt’s son (bua’s son). Call was received from phone number
8571020661 that the paper for the recruitment of clerk posts in the Electricity department in
Haryana is going to be held on 25/26.02.2020. Yogesh told that his friend Sachin son of
Subhash Yadav resident of Helimandi (Pataudi) district Gurugram gets jobs for students by
getting the papers out and can get him recruited for Rs. 8 lakh. On which I met Sachin son of
Subhash resident Shriram Chowk near Shiv Mandir Heli Mandi (Pataudi) District Gurugram,
he told me that I get people jobs, this time I have arranged for the paper of clerk in the
electricity department, if you know any candidate then introduce him to me, I will give you
money as commission. On which I inquired in my village and relatives, then I came to know
that my distant relative Pooja Yadav daughter of Mukesh Kumar resident Berli Khurd police
station Jatusana has applied for recruitment to the clerk post in the electricity department. On
which I talked to Pooja Yadav, she said yes. Then the next day on 24.02.2020 at 7 pm I went
to Rajiv Gandhi Chowk Delhi with Pooja Yadav. Where I met Sachin son of Subhash resident
Shriram Chowk near Shiv Mandir Heli Mandi (Pataudi) District Gurugram, who took Pooja
Yadav with him to read the paper and I also went to Connaught Place Delhi with them. After
that Pooja Yadav gave the paper in Karnal on 25.02.2020 after reading the paper and she told
that from the paper which I studied last night, only 45 marks paper came. After that Sachin
met us again and he said that there is one more paper on 26.02.2020. Which is to be read to
Pooja Yadav. On 25.02.2020, he took Pooja Yadav again for reading the paper. After reading
the paper at night, Pooja Yadav came to give the paper the next day on 26.02.2020. Pooja
Yadav told that the paper which was taught to her, the same paper came. And I have done 85
plus. After that we all came to our homes. On the result, Pooja Yadav cleared the exam and
she got selected for the post of clerk in the Electricity Department. I had a deal with Sachin
for eight lakh rupees. I gave that money to Sachin Helimandi (Pataudi). On which Sachin
gave me one lakh rupees as my commission. I know the place where the paper was read, I can
get it traced. And the one lakh rupees commission that I got, I can get it recovered from my
house. I can tell you the house of Sachin son of Subhash. And I can get him arrested from
there. I have told you the truth. The Disclosure was written against the above mentioned
accused Sachin Kumar. The accused and the witnesses have signed on it.

The accused Sachin Kumar s/o Vinay Kumar r/o Lilodh Police station Kosli, during inquiry
in the jail in presence of witnesses has made a statement in the police custody without any
fear or greed that on dated 23/24.02.2020, I received a call on my phone number 8684851888
from Yogesh s/o Naresh Yadav r/o Kosli, who is my aunt’s son (bua’s son). Call was received
from phone number 8571020661 that the paper for the recruitment of clerk posts in the

Crime Confession Statement
In front of the following witness, the accused in aforementioned FIR i.e. Sachin, while in
police custody, without any fear, intimidation, greed or pressure, happily recorded his crime
confession statement that I am a resident of the above mentioned address, I am married, I
have done B.Sc. Non-Medical in education. We are two brothers, the elder one is me and the
younger one is Manish Kumar, age 26, who has passed B.com and is preparing for CGL. My
father Subhash Yadav retired from CRPF as Havaldar in the year 2015. At that time, my
father and my uncle Mukesh Kumar had purchased a 200-yard plot in Heli Mahi in the year
2002/2003. After constructing a house in it, we are living in Heli Mandi itself. I was studying
in Dronacharya Mahavidyalaya, Gurugram in 2014. At that time Yogesh Kumar, son of
Naresh Kumar, resident of Kosli, also studied with me, so I became friends with him and
started visiting Yogesh's house and through Yogesh, in 2015, I became friends with Yogesh's
maternal uncle's (Mama’s) son Sachin, son of Vinay, resident of Lilod, police station Kosli.
Gradually we became good friends and started visiting his house and also attending his
wedding. Arun Yadav alias Pandey, resident of Mirpur, Rewari, studied with me from LLB-1
to LLB-3 (2018 to 2021) in Indira Gandhi University, Mirpur, Rewari. At that time, I used to
live in CGO, Complex, Near JLN Metro Station, Lodi Colony, New Delhi. In January 2020,
Arun told me that if anyone has filled up job forms in DHBVN/UHBVN/HVPNL Department
Haryana, then I or my friend Atul Vats, resident of House No. 4, H/54, Bhootnath, Asharam
Road, Bahadurpur Housing Colony, Bahadurpur, Patna (Jehanabad), Buddha Colony, Patna,
Bihar or Harish Yadhuvanshi, resident of Baiharod, District Alwar, Rajasthan have a setting
with the paper preparers and we have already received the papers of these examinations. We
will call the candidates to Delhi two days in advance and make them prepare for the exam.
Whatever money we get, they will also give me some commission, which made me greedy
and I told this to my friend Yogesh and Sachin Kumar, son of Vinay, who told me that his
sister-in-law, Pooja Yadav, daughter of Mukesh Kumar, resident of Berli Khurd, police station
Jatusana, district Rewari, has filled the forms for the DHBVN/UHBVN job examination to be
held on 25,26-02-2020. In this regard, I, Sachin Kumar, Arun and Atul Vats have demanded
Rs. 8 lakhs in cash as per the planned plan, out of which I, Sachin Kumar, Arun and Atul Vats
agreed to share Rs. 1 lakh, while Arun agreed to share Rs. 1 lakh each and Atul Vats agreed to
share the remaining Rs. 5 lakh. As per the pre-decided plan, on 24.02.2020, Sachin and
Yogesh came to Delhi with Pooja and also brought the fixed amount of Rs 8 lakh with them,
which we divided among ourselves as per the pre-decided plan and after a few days, I and
Arun went to Bihar at the above mentioned address of the said Atul Vats to give him his share
of Rs 5 lakh and gave this amount to him. Then I came to know about the above case on
16.05.2022. Then I went to the lawyer and did as the lawyer said and neither did I cooperate
with the police in the investigation nor did I tell the truth and for bail I went to Chandigarh
High Court and then Supreme Court Delhi and both the places rejected my bail. Then I had
no other way left so I started hiding here and there from the police and on 11.02.2025 also I
was going to the house of my acquaintance Jeevan Hiteshi resident Kosli that the police
caught me at Rohdai Mor, village Rohdai. Out of the one lakh rupees which I got as my
share, I have spent 50 thousand rupees on food and drink and the remaining 50 thousand
rupees have been kept in a friend's room in Delhi which I can recover and I can get my other
partner Atul Vats resident of House Number 4, H/54, Bhootnath, Asharam Road Bahadur Pur
Housing Colony, Bahadurpur, Patna (Jehanabad) Buddha Colony, Patna, Bihar arrested from
his hideout in Bihar. I can also get Harish Yaghuvanshi resident of Baihrod District Alwar
Rajasthan arrested from Rajasthan. Only my friend Atul Vats knows about the center in Delhi
where the preparations were done. During this incident, I used to talk to him through
WhatsApp calls from my mobile phone Redmi 7 so that my call details could not be retrieved
and I had set chat disappearance on WhatsApp due to which my WhatsApp chat used to get
deleted automatically after 7 days. I have hidden my mobile phone Redmi 7 in the room of
my friend Vikas, resident of Dwarka, Delhi, which I can recover if I go along. I am forgiven
for the mistake I made. The confession statement of the accused has been written. The
accused and the witness have signed it.
