SPECIFICATION OF PHENOLIC COMPACT BOARD LOCKER

1. GENERAL

11. To supply and install Phenolic Compact Board locker floor mounted rest on
100mm concrete base.

2. LOCKERS PANEL.

2.1 Doors and side panels.


Shall be 9mm or 12mm thick, edge core is black, solid compact laminate
(phenolic core)

2.2 Top and bottom panel and Shelf


Shall be 9mm thick, edge core is black, solid laminate (phenolic core)

2.3 Intermediate and back panel


Shall be 3mm thick, edge core is black, solid laminate (phenolic core), not
allowed to use MDF for any parts of the lockers.

2.4 Panel material


Solid compact laminates (phenolic core) is based on high pressured,
thermosetting resins, homogeneously reinforced with cellulose fibers and
decorative sheets impregnated in melamine resin on both sides, it shall be
water impact and chemical resistance.

3 STRUCTURE
All the panels and door to be fix on strong and rigid aluminium support
(natural anodized colour) not allowed to use angle iron to fix the lockers part
together.

4. ACCESSORIES

4.1 Stainless steel hinges shall be concealed system

4.2 Standard number plate – D shape

4.3 Standard Hanger Rod

4.4 Standard came locks with 3 Nos. spare keys and under master key system.

5 PANELS COLOUR FINISH


To be as per formica rang colour.

6. TECHNICAL DETAILS
Shall be as attached details.
