INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSULATION TESTING POWER SUPPLY AND POWER
1) Stop the cabin between two floors; 1) By applying a voltage of 500Vdc, check that the resistance between the power cables is ≥ 0.5
2) Open the main switch; MOhm (2256179 wiring):
3) Disconnect connectors JQN, JQG, JQM, JA, M3 from 20640001 board; - L (brown) and N (blue)
4) Disconnect the 2 connectors (JRAL and JAL) from power supply 8882028; - L (brown) and earth
5) Check that the inverter is power supplied and wait for 3 minutes, then disconnect from the inverter - N (blue) and earth
the contacts to the terminals L (or L1) and N (2256179 wiring), U, V and W (2255879 wiring).

2) By applying a voltage of 500Vdc, check that the resistance between the power cables is ≥ 0.5
MOhm (2255879 wiring):
- U (black) and earth
- V (brown) and earth
- W (grey) and earth
- U (black) and V (brown)
- U (black) and W (grey)
- V (brown) and W (grey)

SAFETY DEVICES LINE


On connectors JQG and JQN from the main wiring:
1) Check the earth insulation of terminal N8B, by applying a voltage of 500Vdc and verifying that
the resistance is ≥ 0.5 MOhm.
2) Check the earth insulation of terminal G4A, by applying a voltage of 500Vdc and verifying that the
resistance is ≥ 0.5 MOhm.

At this point, the zero calibration of the tilt sensor should now be completed.

If the inclinometer is not provided, set JP1 in position 1.

3) Maintenance in pit alarm reset:


Upon opening the door lock at floor 0, if the platform is not at floor zero, the system locks up
completely. It is a procedure to preserve the safety of the person who is accessing the space below
the platform.
After completing the maintenance operations under the platform, a reset procedure must be carried
out:
a) Make sure that no person nor object has remained under the platform. Then close the door
lock at floor 0.
b) Press the mushroom head emergency button, wait for 8 seconds then keep pressed both up
and down buttons and release the emergency button. Keep these buttons pressed until hearing
close BEEPs coming from the main panel.
The alarm is now reset.
