Round I - MCQ ( BIT - Campus ) - April 03 , 2024

● The first round comprised of a compact 20 mark MCQ Test.


● Test I - Aptitude : Aptitude test was conducted on these topics - Ages , Decoding ,
Percentage , Odd one in Number Series (Patterns) , GP & AP.

Example for Decoding for better understanding

1.Multiple sentences were written using different irrelevant words


Madras is a city - cot top shot got
I love madras - jute king cot
Madras is sunny - cot top hit
That is intolerable - gil top fit
Madras is sunny i love that - ?

Answer : cot top hit jute king gil

● Aptitude questions were of this calibre and above topics also. Prepare accordingly.
● Aptitude Test for 10 Marks.
● Test II - EEE : Basic EEE questions from topics - Resistance , Conductivity ,
Power Law , Ohms Law etc.
● Different set questions for each person.

Round II - Group Discussion ( BIT - Campus ) - April 03 , 2024

● The Topic was “ AI is a boon or curse”.


● GD was conducted for around 15 to 20 members.
● General GD protocol to be followed.
● Good attire and confidence is noted.

Round III - Technical HR ( Off Campus at Tidel Park SEZ ,


Coimbatore ) - April 11, 2024

● Interview lasted for 35 mins and revolved around the projects mentioned in our
resume.
● Critical Thinking questions and Reasoning ability tested with simple questions.
● Communication and Confidence is noted.

Round IV - Personal HR ( Off Campus at Tidel Park SEZ ,


Coimbatore ) April 11, 2024

● Self Introduction and Explaining Projects in brief


● Family and Personal Questions.
● Confidence is must. Uncertainty and Perplexion in the HR rounds were not
encouraged.
● Package discussion and location preferences if recruited were discussed.

Round V - Director Meeting (Online) - April 18, 2024

● Same as Technical and Personal HR Rounds but in short.


● Revolved mostly around areas of interest and projects done.
● It went on for a time period of 15 to 20 minutes.

Round VI - Managing Director Interview ( Off Campus at Tidel


Park SEZ , Coimbatore ) - April 30, 2024

● Same as Technical and Personal HR but in short again.


● Duration of interview was around 25 to 30 min.

Results were soon out the next day. All the best for you future. Hard Work pays off !!
