HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Internal catering orders can be placed through Scheduler Plus, the computer software used by
St. Michael’s Hospital. For any assistance with placing your order please contact the Catering
Manager:

DELIVERY
Your catering can be delivered to any area of St. Michael’s Hospital including Li Ka Shing, 209
Victoria, 2 Queen Street East, 61 Queen Street East and 80 Bond Street. For events held at
other hospital locations, a $50.00 delivery and set up fee may apply.
Also available: china plates and silverware, buffet linen and decor, buffet or guest tables,
chairs and waiters. Please contact your Catering Manager for details. Orders are presented on
disposable platters.

LATE ORDERS
Catering services ordered after 11:00am on the business day before your event will be
charged a 10% late fee. Orders placed after this cut off time must be confirmed by the catering
manager.

Please note that 24 hour notice is requested for cancellation of catering orders.
