Becoming a Virtual Magnet…

Welcome back to Level Five, Implement, of Project:Yourself. The

corresponding level of the Sri Yantra is called “Accomplisher of All
Purposes.”

In the last level you were “blessed to proceed”—the person or energy

on the other side of your agitation was helping to open the door to your
new reality. This fifth level is comprised of the 10 outermost triangles
within the Sri Yantra. They represent the 10 life-forces, or energies
within your body. In this level you are actually given what you need, and
drawing who and what you need to you, to proceed on your path of
creating your new reality.

Get ready to become a virtual magnet for everything that you need and
want in life!

Accomplisher of
All Purposes

Project:Forward
Begin in a seated position, with your spine straight and long. Be sure you are
comfortable and that the room, your place you choose to meditate holds
space for your ability to receive. Place your hands at your knees and gently
close your eyes. (pause)

Take a deep breath in through your nostrils and let it flow through your
torso to your belly. Exhale with a natural force, but empty all the stale air
out through your nostrils.

Let the breath be uniform with your sound mind. (pause)

Begin to picture your avatar standing before you and notice how strong he
or she is. Let his or her aura of strength surround you as you breathe here.
(pause)

In this level, you will be accessing the power of Sri Yantra that lies within the
10 Triangles. These triangles are called “Accomplisher of All Purposes.”

Let your mind wander to its new reality, to your path of true desire. (pause)

Remember in our previous level being blessed to proceed on this path. In

level 5, you will actually be given what you need to proceed to create your
new reality.

Start to envision the Sri Yantra and the levels that have brought you here,
to these 10 triangles which correlate to the energy that flows through the
Nāḍis within your body. (pause)

Let your breath follow this energy, this prana, and feel it all through your
chakras which power your ability to create all that you desire. (pause)

In this new level, you will be learning how to apply the Napoleon Hill
concepts of organized planning, the power of decisiveness and the value of
being part of a real mastermind group.
Feel the strength of this group, of togetherness. (pause)

You will also learn how changing your “frequency” can literally change
your life. You will find a deep relationship with yourself, with the ability to
reprogram your brain with specific affirmations of “I AM.”

As you breath, think of all that you are, of the strength that flows within you
from your core, as you begin to feel it in every breath and send the breath to
every part of your body...your toes, calves, hips, stomach, gut, heart, throat,
fingertips, back, forehead.
(pause)

Take one last breath here, deep and slow. (pause)

Gently open your eyes.

Project:Reflections
Reflect back upon your journey through Level 5’s Projecting Forward
and write down everything that you felt and observed. What new
energy or awareness did you feel coursing through you? What thoughts
and emotions surfaced? Capture all of this below….

Tapping Into the Sound of Creation
For the element infusion for this level you’ll be tapping into one of the
most powerful forces in the Universe—the power of Om/Aum. Om/
Aum literally represents all of creation. The sound Om/Aum is believed
to be the basic, primordial sound of the universe and to contain all other
sounds. It is an all-vibrating word that is said to have originated at the
time of the creation of the cosmos—or the ‘Big Bang’ as it is often called.

The sound is actually made up of three Sanskrit letters, A, U, and M and

when they are combined together they make the “Ohmmmm” sound.
Researchers who study the visual origins of sound and vibration have
discovered that the Om symbol is found buried within the geometric
design of the Sri Yantra.

Om/Aum is also actually a mantra or prayer in itself. If you repeat Om/

Aum with the correct intonation it can resonate throughout your entire
body so that the sound penetrates to the very center of your being...
your very soul!
Page 7
The Power of Om (Aum)—Guided Meditation

Begin in a position where you are laying down with your face up, in a
comfortable quiet place. Let both feet feel heavy and fall to the side, allow
your body’s weight to melt into the floor below you, let your arms and hands
gently rest to your sides and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply through your
nostrils, feeling the expansion of your belly and then on the exhale, feel your
belly meet the spine. Take 5 full, expansive breaths like this. (pause)

Let your breath be natural now, taking it in and out at your own pace.
(pause)

Now begin to imagine your are laying in an open field with a starry sky
above you, the light of the stars illuminating around your closed eyelids.

Imagine the historical big bang of the universe amongst the stars that fill
your mind’s painting and let the cosmos dance in creation as you breathe
here. (pause)

Feel the vibration of this creation, this power. One of the most powerful
forces of this time, of the Universe itself, is the power of Om/Aum. Om
literally represents all of creation. The sound Om/Aum is believed to be the
basic, primordial sound of the universe and whose vibrations contain all
other sounds.

The sound is actually made up of three Sanskrit letters, A, U, and M and

when they are combined together they make this Ohmmmm sound.
Researchers who study the visual origins of sound and vibration have
discovered that the Om symbol is found buried within the geometric design
of the Sri Yantra.

Visualize the Sri Yantra and take a deep breath in and say the world Aum as
you exhale out, elongating each letter until you have fully released all the
breath.

{Chant Aum, three times…}

Now as you do this, picture where the vibration is happening in your body.

Each letter represents a different level of consciousness, from waking,

dreaming, deep sleep to the actual silence, within the aum and after
aum, and the absolute consciousness. As you breathe in and out, imagine
yourself in each of these different levels and sounds of this simple yet
extremely powerful mantra.

Page 8
At the next inhale, exhale again and begin to say aum, from the a to the u
to m, and even to the silence after all the breath is expelled and the mmm
sound has faded from audible levels but still resonates in your mind’s eye.

Do this, slowly and deliberately, five more times. (pause)

{Chant Aum five times…}

Imagine the sound of aum surrounding you here as it once did when you
were in the womb. (pause)

Keep your eyes closed and come up to a seat. Take a deep breath as you
bring your hands to your heart center in a prayer mudra and on the
outbreath, with peace in your heart, chant the word aum one last time and
then gently open your eyes.

As you just experienced, through this element-infusion, chanting this

simple yet deep sound can bring about balance, harmony and peace.

Element Infused Reflections

How did the guided meditation and chanting of Om/Aum make you
feel? What imagery did it conjure up in your mind? What came up for
you? Use this meditation to start out your day more balanced and
harmonious or any time you want to clear your mind and focus your
energy around creating what you desire.

Page 10
The Power of Level Five:
Accomplisher of All Purposes
At this level you will be focusing on the 10 Outermost Triangles within
the Sri Yantra. As I mentioned briefly at the beginning, this level is called
“Accomplisher of All Purposes.” In this level you are being given what
you need, and drawing who you need to you, to proceed to create what
you want (what you were blessed to move forward with in the last level.)

The powers of the Sri Yantra at this level are once again focused around
the energy channels of your body. However, this time it’s about the
actual prana or vital life force that is coursing through the Nāḍis (or
channels) within your body. It’s this force that will turn you into a virtual
magnet, drawing to you what you need to accomplish what you want!

Page 11
The Life Force Flowing Within You…
Prana is the Sanskrit word for “life force”. The 10 triangles represent the
10 life forces or pranas that are active within your body. These vital
currents, or energies, are divided into two groups: the primary pranas
(or energies) and the sub-pranas (or sub-energies).

The primary flow of prana can then be further broken down into five
categories, based upon the movement and the direction of the flow
of energy throughout the channels in your body. These consist of (1)
prana (identified with the heart), (2) apana (identified with the anus),
(3) samana (identified with the navel), (4) udana (identified with the
throat) and (5) vyana (all-pervading as it moves all over the body.)

When energy flows inward it’s called prana. I know, throwing around
the word “prana” like that can seem a little confusing, but the energy
flowing into your body is also called Prana, just like the overarching
energy that flows throughout your entire body.

This inward-flowing Prana energy is responsible for receiving energy

from the food you eat, the oxygen you breathe in, input from your six
senses, as well as mental and emotional stimuli.

In the reverse, when energy moves down and away, it is called

Apana. Apanic energy is involved in elimination of waste and fluids
from your body, such as the exhalation of carbon dioxide, the removal
of bodily waste, as well as reproductive fluids.

Positive, upward moving energy is called Udana. It’s responsible

for your physical growth, your ability to stand, as well as your drive to
expand your physical, mental and spiritual awareness.
Page 12
The energy that draws inward is known as Samana. Samana literally
means “balancing air.” This energy helps you digest food as well as take
in new experiences.

The fifth main category of prana is called Vyana. This energy keeps
you from stagnating by controlling the circulation of your energies
as it moves throughout your body. For example, it keeps nutrients
flowing throughout your body from the food you ate and allows your
thoughts and emotions to move through your mind.

The second group of sub-pranas (or sub-energies) can also be broken

down into five vital currents—naga, kurma, krikara, devadatta and
dhananjaya. These are involved with specific body movements.

(6) Naga is associated with (burping or hiccupping)

(7) Kurma (opening your eyes)
(8) Krikara (brings on your hunger and thirst)
(9) Devadatta (yawning) and
(10) Dhananjaya (causes decomposition of your body after death.)

The Dhanajaya is believed to be the last energy to leave your body

when you die.

NOTES

A genuine smile distributes the cosmic current, Prana to every body cell. The
happy man is less subject to disease, for happiness actually attracts into the
body a greater supply of the Universal life energy.

Page 14
The Fifth Chakra
This level coincides with the fifth chakra, which is commonly known
as the throat chakra. The throat chakra is where your feelings and
emotions are transformed into actual expressions. It balances the flows
of communication, creativity (in the form of self-expression), wisdom
and learning.

Use this chakra to strike a balance between when you should be silent
and when you need to speak your truth or express your unique self. It
can literally help you to get out and say what you honestly feel.

Visualize the Flow of Energy…

Thinking about the flow of energy throughout your entire your body, visualize the
flow of your prana connecting with the earth, flowing through your root chakra
and into your second chakra where you are “creating” from your sexual energy.
It continues to flow through your solar plexus (where your inner powers lie) and
heart that radiates unconditional love ...finally reaching this point where it flows
through your throat chakra.

This flow and transmutation of the energy from the earth within yourself
will give you the power to communicate everything that you need to
speak your truth and create deepest desires. Surround yourself with the
blue energy of this chakra any time you need to compassionately speak
your truth.

As with every other chakra, you also have to be careful not to tap into
the negative aspects of the throat chakra. Tapping into the negative of
this chakra can make it difficult to speak your truth or communicate in
general. Also, letting yourself fall into negative self-talk can drop your
frequency and cause disruption in your prana (or energy) fields.
Page 15
Speak Your Truth

The energy that flows to your throat chakra flows in from your heart
chakra. This chakra represents being vocal and expressing your
feelings from your HEART. There’s no time like the present to start
speaking your truth. Begin right now by going through this short
exercise:

Take a minute and think about what “truths” you have kept buried
deep within the recesses of your heart. What have you not been
expressing or saying? No matter how harsh, or how scary, write them
down.

_____________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________

_____________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________

Next, take each “hidden truth” and SAY THEM out loud.

Sit quietly and at peace with what you have just said out loud and
simply claim them as YOUR TRUTHS!

After you’ve sat with your truths for a bit, write down how it made you
feel to finally allow yourself to speak your truths from the heart.

_____________________________________________________________

This is a powerful chakra when it comes to self expression and

communication, with yourself and others, so use it wisely. Use its powers
to help make your vision for your future reality.

As you move forward creating your new reality, look for the Divine Spark
of Creation within yourself and others. Try to let go of controlling others’
lives and focus on positive traits as much as possible.
Page 16
In Real Life
Focusing again on the 10 triangles, who do you need to actually
implement or produce what you want? Is it you...other people?

Take a few minutes and think about it—who (or even what) do you
need to communicate with to be able to implement your goals and
create what you desire? Be specific here. This may include yourself,
however, who are all of the other people you need—mentors, teachers,
friends, family...people that possess a specific skill set or wisdom that
you don’t have? Make a list of these people and things, with the reason
that you need them, and hold on to it so that you can refer to it later.

Next to each, write down HOW you will communicate with each
one. Write down a specific plan of action, bulleting out what you will
specifically say and how you will communicate it.

Use the power of your communication to achieve what you want!

Page 17
NOTES

Page 18
Get Into “Action”
Benjamin Franklin once famously said, “Never confuse motion with
action.” This really gets to the heart of making everything that you want
your new reality. Writing down what you desire, putting down your
intentions and maybe even writing down steps you are going to take
ARE important steps, and “motion” in the right direction. However, it’s
the definite, organized planning and “action” that are going to make
your reality take shape.

“Organized Planning” is the

crystallization of desire into action.
–Napoleon Hill

What this all really comes down to is forming a definite and practical
plan (or plans) through which the transformation of your desires into
action will be made. The first step is building the plan!

This level of the Sri Yantra is providing you with the opportunity to
become a virtual magnet for drawing the people you need to you.
Taking this into an organized planning phase, do the following:

1. Plan to ally yourself with a group of as many people as you need for
the creation and carrying out of your plan or plans for accomplishing
what you desire. You will be putting this plan into action through
Napoleon Hill’s Mastermind principle that I am going to explain more fully,
later in this level. Start by referencing the list you created in the “In Real
Life” section of this level.

2. Before you form your Master Mind alliance, think about and write down
what skills, advantages and benefits you can offer the individual
members of your intended group, in exchange for their participation.
It’s important that you offer some type of compensation in return for
their participation to keep an even-energetic flow. This doesn’t have to be
monetary; it can be an exchange of services or knowledge.
__________________________________________________________
__________________________________________________________
__________________________________________________________
__________________________________________________________
__________________________________________________________
__________________________________________________________

Page 19
3. Be prepared to arrange to meet with the members of your
Mastermind group once or twice a week, or more if at all possible,
until you have collectively created your (detailed) plan for
accomplishing or obtaining what you want.

4. As you meet with your Mastermind group make sure to keep open
the lines of communication. Only through constant verbal, written
and even energetic communication can you achieve your goals and
create what you desire.

Remember…

Everything has vibrational currency and can ultimately contribute

to what you want to create.

As Napoleon Hill says, “Maintain PERFECT HARMONY between yourself

and every member of your Mastermind group.” If you fail to do this, as
Hill warns, you can expect to meet with failure.

Even if you follow all of these steps and the plan you created down to
the last detail, your plan may very well fail. Don’t be discouraged! It may
be that you just missed an important step. Build another plan...and start
again!

Page 20
Temporary Defeats

Many wildly successful people have experienced “temporary defeat.”

It’s easy to recognize great triumphs and overlook temporary defeats
that most successful people have had to endure before “arriving.” Just
to drive the point home a bit more, here’s a few more you may not have
heard about...

Thomas Edison met with temporary defeat

ten thousand times before he perfected the
incandescent electric light bulb.

While developing his vacuum, Sir James Dyson

went through 5,126 failed prototypes and his
savings over 15 years. But the 5,127th prototype
worked and now the Dyson brand is one of the
best-selling vacuum cleaners in the United States.

Vera Wang failed to make the U.S. Olympic figure-

skating team. Then she became an editor at Vogue
and was passed over for the editor-in-chief position.
She began designing wedding gowns at age 40
and went on to become a premier designer in the
business, with a multi-billion dollar industry.

After his first film, Harrison Ford underwhelmed

the producer and was told he wvvould probably
never succeed. Ford went on to be one of the
highest-grossing actors of all time by 2012.

Page 21
As you move into selecting people to be part of your Mastermind group,
make sure that you choose people who don’t take “defeat” seriously!

When defeat comes, however temporarily, just accept it as a signal that

your “organized plan(s)” aren’t as sound as you might have thought they
were. Rebuild your plans and jump back out there, moving forward with
what you set out to accomplish or create.

Page 22
Mastering Procrastination
(Yes …that’s what we said!)
All of this talk about planning and action is all well and good, but the
reality is you may need to do a bit of work mastering procrastination—
and this doesn’t mean “master” as in, get better at it.

Did You Know?

One of the world’s leading experts on procrastination: Joseph Ferrari,

Ph.D., a professor of psychology and Vincent dePaul Distinguished
Professor at DePaul University in Chicago, revealed that 20 percent of
people identify themselves as chronic procrastinators. For them
procrastination is a lifestyle and it spans across every aspect of their
lives.

Procrastination, as he went on to share, “is a decision to not act. It is

very helpful and useful to gather information to make an informed
decision, but when one simply continues to gather beyond the point of
adequate resources, then they are being indecisive and the waiting is
counterproductive.”

Successfully creating everything you want requires decisiveness. As

Napoleon Hill explains, lack of decision (procrastination) is near the top
of the list of causes of failure or “temporary defeat”, whereas success
follows quick and definite decisions. People, who reach decisions
quickly and definitely, know what they want and generally get it.

You will have a chance to put your decisiveness into practice working
through an implementing each level of Project:Yourself. What will you
choose?

Page 23
NOTES

Page 24
Creating a Third Mind
Creating and being part of a Mastermind group is not about being one
of the “cool kids.” Instead, think of it more like an incubator where you
collaborate and implement to create everything you want...AND for the
greater good. Forming a Mastermind Group is about accountability and
surrounding yourself with people on similar paths and on paths better
than you.

There are two very distinct advantages to being part of a

Mastermind. One is economical and one is, as Napoleon Hill expressed
it, “psychic”. This can also be characterized as “superhuman.”

The economical aspect is pretty straightforward: economic advantages

can be created if you surround yourself with the right people, meaning
those who are in perfect harmony with you and who are dedicated
to giving you the advice, counsel and general support to reach your
outcomes.

“No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third,
invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.”

–Napoleon Hill

Secondly, our minds are a form of energy, and, as discussed earlier,

we all have prana energy flowing through us. We also have a spiritual
component to our minds as well. This is going back to the power of our
pineal gland and our superhuman powers.

When your mind is coordinated in a “spirit of harmony” with others’

minds, the spiritual or superhuman units of energy of each of your
minds form an affinity. This is the “psychic” or superhuman phase of the
Master Mind.

Have you ever just felt that you had “an affinity” or instant “like” for
someone? Well, this is just a taste of being in harmony with another.

Comparing your brain to a battery, what’s more powerful, a single

battery, or a battery pack? The pack, right? The same can be said for a
group of brains. When connected in a spirit of harmony and creation
they will provide more thought energy that a single brain.

Page 25
It’s also important to surround yourself with intelligent people who can
boost your brain power. Just as a strong battery can add to a battery
pack...a bad battery can bring down the current of the entire pack!

Famous Masterminds

There are numerous examples of people who achieved massive success

from being part of a Mastermind group...

Andrew Carnegie, who mentored and worked with Napoleon Hill,

attributed his entire fortune and success to his mastermind group.

President Theodore Roosevelt started a mastermind group

during his presidency that he referred to as “The Tennis Cabinet.”
Roosevelt was only 42 years old when he became president. Being the
youngest American president in history, he turned to his older and more
experienced mastermind group for guidance and support.

A famous mastermind group in England, “The Inklings”, included

writers and poets such as CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien, Charles Williams
and Owen Barfield. Classic works of literature emerged from this group
such as The Chronicles of Narnia, The Screwtape Letters and The Lord of
the Rings, to name a few.

The “Lunar Circle” or “Lunar Society” was originally comprised

of Erasmus Darwin, Matthew Boulton, James Watt and Josiah
Wedgewood.

Benjamin Franklin formed the mastermind group he called “Junto”,

which was commonly referred to as the “Leather Apron Club”. His group,
composed of tradesmen and artisans who did not have a place in more
elite circles of society, lasted for more than 30 years!

The “Bloomsbury Group” included intellectual heavy-hitters such

as writers Virginia Woolf and Leonard Woolf, E.M. Forster, Lytton
Strachey, and economist, John Maynard Keynes.

One of the most famous masterminds of all time was “The Vagabonds.”
It included Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, President Warren G.
Harding and Harvey Firestone (founder of the Firestone Tire and
Rubber Company).

...ultimately, if you’re in the right group you will see and experience very
tangible results!
Page 26
NOTES

A World of Frequencies
Sound and frequencies have a profound impact upon us. This impact is
felt by us whether the sound vibrations come to us in the form of tones,
music or spoken words!

“[Ocean surf] has the frequency of roughly 12 cycles per

minute. And…12 cycles per minute is [also] roughly the
frequency of the breathing of a sleeping human.
There is a deep resonance with being at rest.”
–Julien Treasure

Watch Julien Treasure’s enlightening TED Talk on “4 Ways Sound Affects Us” here:

us.html?quote=569

One of the first people to prove this theory and translate vibration
into visible forms was the eighteenth-century German physicist Ernst
Chladni, who began by scattering sand on steel disks and observing the
changing patterns produced by playing various notes on a violin. These
“Chladni figures” result from the fact that the disk resonates to the violin
only in certain places, shifting the sand to those areas which are inert.

Page 28
Chladni’s work inspired
not only artists, but also
the late Hans Jenny of
Zurich. He spent ten
years replicating and
expanding his experiments
with sophisticated
equipment. Jenny named
his pursuit “cymatics”,
which is the study of
the interrelationship of
waveforms with matter.

Words, of course,
are also vibrations.
Legends of the Navajo
Indians, famous for
their elaborate sand
paintings, tell stories
of a time when their
shamans created
pictures in the sand by
merely “speaking” to it.

Ethiopian legends tell about the origins of language tell how the
first men could only sing like the birds, or the wind in the reeds, and
how they ultimately forgot the tune and had to eventually get by just
speaking words. And what about the Bible? I’m sure, whether you’re
Christian or not, you’ve probably heard the bible excerpt that says that
the world was created by the “word of God.” Poetic phrase or truth?

What’s Your Frequency?

Everything in the Universe is vibrational in nature, including you. In

other words, the essence of what you are is pure energy, oscillating at a
certain vibrational frequency.

The ancient Aztecs of South America recognized that people have a

unique note and pitch...and with this “sound knowledge” a person could
be purified and raise their individual vibration by using mantras.

Perhaps you’ve never thought about your vibrational frequency before,

but it will soon become your number one priority once you understand
how it impacts your life.

Changing the frequencies around

you AND the frequencies
within you can change your life...

In fact, you’ve already been working on your vibrational frequency on

many different levels within Project:Yourself...and may have not even
known it!

There are many ways to increase your frequency. You can do this
through breathing exercises and meditation, mantras (which we’ve
briefly touched on with positive affirmations and will again through
more powerful “I AM” statements), through proper nutrition and
exercise, and through listening to certain frequencies that can fine-tune
your mind state.

Page 30
Get Into a Different “Brain State”
Did you know that you actually have four different mind or brain wave
states? They are Beta, Alpha, Delta and Theta. Fine-tuning your brain to
each one of these has very specific benefits.

A Beta brainwave state is connected to

alertness, cognition, concentration and stress.
It’s associated with your normal waking
consciousness and prolonged periods in this
state can leave you stressed-out.

An Alpha brainwave state is associated

with relaxed alertness, peak performance,
visualization, creativity, inspiration and lower
stress. This is a powerful mindstate as you
can use it to program your subconscious and
embed affirmations into your brain. These
brainwaves are associated with your highest
state of mind.

A Delta brainwave state is associated with

healing, deep sleep, detached awareness
and having an out of body experience
(which we will be diving into in a later, more
advanced level--where you’ll actually be
Projecting:Yourself!)

A Theta brainwave state is associated to your

dreams, deep meditation, hypnosis, intuition
and lucid dreaming (which we will also be
getting into in a later level.)

Lastly, a Gamma brainwave state or gamma

bursts produce “eureka moments”

Up to this point, you’ve primarily been experiencing meditations,

exercises and even listening to music that has helped you to tap into a
powerful “Alpha Mind State”.
Page 31
Getting With the Beat

The good news is that the music that has been imbedded under each
and every guided meditation has been tuned to create an Alpha Mind
State! This music was created by Niraj Naik, founder of the Alpha Mind
System and one of our esteemed Project:Yourself guest experts.

The process for fine-tuning your brain is what is commonly called

Brainwave Entrainment. Basically, how it works is that your brain is
stimulated, either through visuals or auditory sounds. It’s important
to remember that, just like everything else, these stimuli can be either
positive or negative. The choice is yours!

Auditory stimuli can be broken down into three different categories—

Binaural Beats, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones. The idea is to get
your brain to resonate or vibrate at a specific frequency.

Binaural beats are when you play two separate frequencies in each ear.
This process was first discovered and utilized by a German experimenter,
Heinrich Welhelm Dove, in 1839.

Monaural beats pass one signal to your brain that pulses on and off
with a specific pattern. This is a superior method to binaural beats.

Isochronic tones-the most powerful method--work by utilizing equal

intensity tones and increasing the pulse speed to synchronize your
brain with the rhythm. The long music tracks that you have been
downloading and experiencing have these isochronic tones!

Vocalize Your Power
As I touched on previously, even the sound of your voice—your
“frequency”—is uniquely powerful. The sound you emanate is your
vibration, your unique footprint, and is the controller of how people
perceive you and how you impact others and the environment around
you.

Knowing this, you can use the power of your voice and combine it with
specific mantras to create what you want. Mantras are Vedic in origin
and generally begin with Om. Mantras help to retrain your mind away
from conditioned beliefs. They can help you return to your true essence,
as they carry a vibrational frequency that permeates throughout your
entire body.

Here are some short, yet very powerful mantras to help put the power
of your voice to work for you:

Abundance: Om Shreem Shriyei Namaha

Great Abundance/Wealth: Om Shreem Kleem Maha Lakshmiyei

Namaha

Wealth & Overall Awesomeness: Om brzeee namaha

Health: Tayata Om Bekanze Bekanze Maha Bekanze Radza Samudgate

Soha

Health & Happiness:

Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaaya
Dhanvantaraye Amrita-kalasha Hastaaya
Sarva-amaya Vinashaaya Trailokya Naathaya
Dhanvantri Maha-vishnave Namaha

Love/Relationships (for both men & women): Om Shrim Shriyei

Namaha

Removing Obstacles to Prosperity: Om Gum Ganapatayei Namaha

Awaken a Higher State of Consciousness: Om Namah Shivaya

Choose which mantra(s) supports what you want to create most and
take at least 5-15 minutes every morning to say it out loud. To maximize
the mantras’ effectiveness, keep count with a mala or rosary bead
necklace and repeat the mantra(s) 108 times. The more you chant, the
more you get—it’s all vibrational!

Project:Work—The Power of “I AM”
As you’ve experienced, just the sound of your voice is very powerful!
Put the power of your voice to work by creating “I AM” statements and
saying them out loud. Here are the nuts and bolts of creating awesome,
life-changing, brain-reprogramming, affirmations:

1. Start by downloading and playing the mp3 music track created

by Nij Naik, founder of The Alpha Mind System: “Subliminal Success
Reprogrammer”
2. While you listen to this music, focus on what you want, versus
what you don’t want. What you affirm you will create!
3. Next, write your affirmations in the first person—“I AM…” This
can be anything:
• “I am loving, wise and productive.”
• “I am healthy, beautiful and vibrant.”
• “I am courageous.”
• “I am wildly successful.”
• “I am wealthy.”
• “I am trustworthy.”
4. Set the Tone: Create affirmations that are positive, active and
strong. (Never use words that suggest might fail, like ‘might’, ‘try’,
‘probably’, etc.)
5. Stay in the Present: Always create your affirmations in the present
tense. By doing this you will create radical change in your current
emotional, mental and physical reality.

6. SAY YOUR “I AM” Affirmations out loud! Use the power of your
voice to speak what you ARE. Finish by just saying “I AM.” Be at peace
with everything you just wrote down.
7. Post your affirmations where you can easily see them, reaffirm
them, and regularly say them out loud. Watch your thoughts and
desires become reality!

Lastly, Act “As If”: pretend it has already happened, “know” it has
happened, and see that it has already happened. EMBODY the
affirmation.

Be at peace with your “I AM”
