Subject: Cleanliness Drive for NAAC Re-Accreditation Review


Departments (HoDs),
In view of the upcoming NAAC re-acereditation review. all Heads of
Directors, Coordinators, Incharges of various Campuses, Departments, Research Centres, Institutes,
cleanliness drives within the
and Units of the University are hercby informed to undertake /organize Institutes and
Centres,
buildings and premises of their respectve Campuses, Departments, Researchunit is authorized to hire
Umits fo a period of 3-4 days, starting from the 1|th of March. 2025. Each
necessary
2-3 laborers for the purpose of the cleanliness drive and are also permitted to make
expenditures for this activity with alimit of up to Rs. 5,000/- to be debited from their respective
Local Funds. Students may also be encouraged to volunteer in the activity.
A detailed repert en the cleanliness activities undertaken should be submitted to the Office of the
Registrar at registrar@uok.edu.in by 05:00 p.m.of 18h March, 2025.
Allconcerned are requested to ensure full participation in this initiative and take all necessary steps
to maintaina clean and hygienic environment in preparation for the NAAC review.
