can't miss.
Restaurants

Being in Poland on Erasmus, you must try our dishes! The most popular
Polish dishes include: dumplings, cabbage rolls, pork chop, bigos, soups
(sour rye, cabbage, barley, tomato, cucumber,
mushroom, pea and red borscht, broth), cabbage and potato dishes.
Below are some restaurants worth visiting :)

Pierogarnia Mandu

Here you can try our famous

dumplings. Pierogi are considered a
traditional dish of Old Polish and
modern Polish cuisine. These are
pieces of thin, flexible and well-
sticking dough filled with a variety of
stuffing and boiled in water or
steamed, baked, fried or grilled.

In Poland, thin crêpe-style pancakes are called naleśniki

(pronounced naleshniki). They are usually rolled and served with a
variety of savoury or sweet fillings as a main dish or a dessert.
Sweet fillings include fresh fruits (e.g. bilberries), jams (often apple
jam), and white cheese with sugar. Savoury fillings include fried
vegetables, fried chicken, minced meat, spinach, and a variety of
added ingredients such as potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage or ham.
Another Polish dish reassembling pancakes are racuchy. They are smaller
and thicker than naleśniki and can be stuffed with apple slices.
Kreska Mąki

Everyone likes pizza, right? We present you a place that fans of real
Italian pizza will love! Kreska Mąki is a restaurant with three locations in
Gdańsk. They prepare their pizza in a wood-fired oven, making it
deliciously crispy and ready in just a few minutes. Pizzas
have names that make you smile. They refer to famous fairy tales such
as Lilo and Stitch, Ice Age, Nemo, The Lion King, or 101 Dalmatians.
It's cute, isn't it?

Avocado Vegan Bistro

Avocado vegan BISTRO is a cozy place with plant home cooking.

The menu includes classics such as soy pork chops, croquettes, vegetable
chops, stews,
casseroles, dumplings, as well as daily
dishes and lunch sets. And also Avocado vegan SPOT is a concept in which
they serve vegan dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world in the
street food convention (both places are next to each other).
AïOLI inspired by Gdańsk
It is a modern city canteen, vibrant from breakfast time to the last
guests. The dishes typical of AIOLA come out of the kitchen open to the
room: breakfasts, snacks, salads, sandwiches, pastes, burgers and
pizzas. Chefs regularly surprise with seasonal,
spontaneous cuisine. A DJ plays here every evening, thanks to which
the place is teeming with life like the most popular canteens in Europe.
