Joining Letter
Dear Antima Chauhan,
We are pleased to inform you that we are offering you the position of “GDA-Carer”- Patient Care Department - Dua
Old Age Caring Institution Pvt Ltd effective from January 12, 2025 under the following terms and conditions:
Probation will be of three (03) Months during which time we may terminate your employment at any time without
notice or payment in lieu of notice; after confirmation of employment, we may only terminate your employment
with 1 months’ notice or payment in lieu of notice; however, we reserve the right to terminate your employment at
any time without notice or payment in lieu of notice on disciplinary and non-performance grounds;
During probation, you may terminate the employment at any time with one month’ notice in writing. After
confirmation, you may terminate the employment at any time with 45-days’ notice in writing or payment equal to a
45 days salary in lieu of notice. In case the employee has provided notice for a period of less than 45 days, he/she
shall be liable to pay the remaining salary of the remaining notice period.
Fixed salary to be paid monthly on or after 15th of each month
Your gross salary INR 1,92,000/- per annum @ INR 16,000/- per month in hand.
Your hours of work shall be 08 am to 08 pm as per our nature of work. During your service period any kind of issues
comes out then the same must be addressed by you.
You have 2 fixed leave per month i.e. 24 leaves annually & the rest of the leaves would be construed as leave
without pay. Lease without information shall result 2 days loss pf pay. In case of additional leave apart from paid
one, relevant information or document have to be submitted to avail additional leave which would also be
considered as unpaid leave.
Attendance shall be calculated only by punch machine, also may take reference from the security guard register, no
excuses regarding the same shall be entertained.
Role and duties shall be as per the standard guidelines of our company, and shall have to be followed, we reserve
rights to take appropriate action in case of misconduct by the employee in relation with patient or the our company.
