Dear Parents,
As part of our commitment to holistic education, we along with Indiahikes are organizing a trekking trip
to Harihara Betta for Grade 9(2025-26) students on 8th April 2025.
This outdoor activity aims to instill a sense of adventure, resilience, and appreciation for nature among
students while enhancing their physical fitness and teamwork skills.
Trek Highlights
Scenic trekking trails with breathtaking views
The hillock visible as twin-tower rocks
A marvelous temple
Supervised by experienced teachers and professional guides
General Instruction:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable trekking experience, all participants must follow these guidelines:
If any student have any medical conditions, inform the class teacher in advance.
Wear comfortable trekking clothes and sturdy shoes with a good grip.
Carry sunscreen, and sunglasses.
No Electronic gadgets allowed
Do not wander away from the designated path or separate from the group.
Follow the instructions given by the trek leaders and teachers at all times.
Inform the organizers immediately if you feel unwell or face any discomfort.
To confirm participation, kindly submit the signed consent form along with the participation fee of Rs.
1,600 (includes food kit) on or before 12th March.
Food Kit for Day Hikes: Each Food kit is made in house by India hikes Food Experience team, and
contains: -

1 Veg Burger
1 Mix Veg & Corn Burrito Wrap
ITINERARY
05:00 am Reporting to school
05:30 am Start towards the base of the trek and have breakfast on the way
07:00 am Arrive and assemble at the start point
07:30 am Trek Briefing and the start of the trek
10:30 am reach the summit
11:00 am start the descent
12:00 pm Reach down to the base & depart from the base

association with India hikes. I understand that, my child must follow all instructions given by the teachers

Indiahikes will not be held responsible.
