IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXAMINEES
Read Carefully & Strictly Follow
A. Reach the Test Centre before the Reporting/Entry time stated on your Admit Card. After ending of the
reporting time, NO examinees will allow entry in the center.
Before standing in the queue for entering the Centre
Note that you will not be allowed to enter the Centre with any personal belongings, MOBILE PHONE,
Electronic Device of any type and eatable items. There will be physical frisking.
- Limited mobile/electronic storage facility will be available at the Center for outstation candidates only on
payment/chargeable basis @ Rs 50/- (cash only) per mobile/electronic gadgets.
- Make sure that you are carrying Admit Card and Valid ID Proof with you.
- You will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after manual frisking and checking of Admit Card, Valid
ID Proof.
- Disallowed candidates will not be allotted alternate time or date for JLPT exam
- "MOSAI, New Delhi” will not be responsible for any loss of examinees belongings inside or outside the center.

Inside the Test Room
Strictly follow the instructions given by the exam center staff.
The following acts count as Misconduct:
a) Opening and reading of question paper before the starting time
b) Any attempt at cheating (trying to copy, using notes in any form, using signs etc.
4. c) Examinee's proof of identity could not be verified
d) Taking the test papers or answer sheets out of the test room
e) Disturbing other examinees in any way
f) An examinee who cooperates with someone committing misconduct mentioned above
g) Failure to follow Invigilator's instructions
Examinees who commit misconduct will have their test results invalidated for all test sections and will

not receive a certificate of result and scores from the Japan Foundation.
B. Candidates/Examinee must carry the followings on the exam day:
1 Hard copy of the Admit Card & valid ID proof. (No Duplicate admit card will issued at center)
2 HB pencil with eraser and sharpener.
There is no parking space at the Test Centre. To stopping or parking of personal vehicle is strictly not
allowed in front of entry or exit gates. It is advisable to use public transport
