(LEAGUE 2025)
Dear Teams,
It's our pleasure to be associated with you in the upcoming 29.0 LEAGUE 2025.
We would like you to go through the simple rules & regulations of this league and abide by it
until the final match.
Rules regulations
1. All the league matches from Match 1 to the final match will be of 16 OVERS per side.
2. The tournament will commence from A Group & B Group
3. Matches will be conducted every Friday MORNING with following timings.
4. Reporting Time: 5:15 AM
last Starting Time: 05:45 AM
5. Minimum 8 players should be available on the ground to start the match.
6. The remaining players should be reporting to the ground before the completion of 4 Overs,
failing to do so, the match must be played only with available players on the ground.
7. If any team fails to report with minimum 8 players at ground by 05.30:00 AM, the opponent
team will be declared as WINNER and awarded points.
8. 1 BOWLER CAN BOWL 4OVERS, Keeper can come direct and ball next over.
9. Prior to the match starting both team captains should verify the players in "CCRICCLUBS"
application and mark the playing XI in the app. If It's Proven by Opponent Team About Any
Unregistered Players Being Part of the match, then the opponent team will be given winner
even After Match Finishes.
10. LIVE scoring in the "CRICCLUBS" application should be used, and manual updating is not
allowed in case of any serious technically issue.
11. Power play: First 4 Overs will be power play., During power play, only 3 fielders will be
allowed to field outside marked, AFTER 4 OVER PP, INSIDE ONLY 3 PLAYERS (AS PER NEW
LAW)
30.yard circle. It is mandatory to field with 8 players including bowler & Wicket keeper inside the
circle.
11.1 3 fielders should always be inside the marked 30-yard circle throughout the 16 overs
match.
13.1 New batsman will take strike after Out.
13.2. Player must Play to 2 League matches Compulsory.
13.3. Please inform other team before if they have short Players to play.
13.4. Unregistered players not Allowed to play. Even Fielding/Keeping they Cannot Do
14. If any team accepted to play unregister player with mutual understanding of both team
Committee will not be on side for winning team or losing team.
15. Substitute fielders on the ground will be allowed but to be informed to the Umpire. However,
he will not be allowed to bat/bowl or keeping wickets.
16. No substitute runner will be allowed. (if only more damage to the player)
17. Wicket Keeper can do bowling ANYTIME.
18. No ball and wide will be penalized according to cricket rules. One run and an extra ball will
be awarded for a no ball and a wide ball.
19. There is a No FREE HIT for any kind of line no ball.
20. Run Out Non-Striker: The bowler may attempt to run the batsman at the bowling end (non-
striker) if he is trying to steal a run, direct out. Mankind
21. Delivery pitching outside the concrete is considered as No ball.
22. No bowler can bowl immediately after coming off the field after substitution. He will be FIT
only after taking the field for next one over..
23. Tied Match: If the same number of runs scored by both Teams in a match, no Super Over
1-1 point given, this rule not applicable for Knock out
24. Standard and Bombay bats are allowed. Single piece bats, Customized Bats and curved
bats are not allowed (especially SRILANKAN/ Pakistani) bats are not allowed.
25. If Match Stopped by rain or climate or sandstorm any other unforeseen situation one point
will be shared to each team.
26. Only GURU LASSER- Balls with Laser writing for all the matches (New ball). Used balls
(Teams used balls) can be used only after completion of power play, name of the ball should be
visible.
27. While batting in case if the batsman hit the ball and got caught out in the field and ball is in
the broken condition then this will be considered as Dead-Ball. [Six or four will be considered as
runs scored),
28. Maximum 5 fielders allowed to field on the leg side.
29. Umpires Reserves the Rights to Call No Ball with or without Warning If Any Bowler Balls

30. Only full Complete Clear Action Allowed
31. Please Check Player list before Match Start (Keep Complete Players List with photo to
Verify) 32. Please share Clear Zoom photo to committee, if any players photo is not available in
criclubb app
33. if opposite Team any issue with player identity take photo in mobile and after match we will
act against them, but on ground please do not make any issue.
34. Play with full sportsmanship (only Umpire decisions will be accepted (Only Captains allowed
to
talk with umpire, no other players will discuss anything with umpire
35. No Bad Sledging on Field
36. AWARD GIVEN FOR PLAYERS WILL WHAT IS SHOWING IN AS PER CRICLUBB APP
ONLY...IF TEAMS WIN OR LOSS IN FINAL
37. Any discussion will be contacted to Mr. ABU
38. Any harsh discussion each team must apart but not leave the ground at all even a single
player.
39. whoever kick the stump or throw the stump will be out tournament, or physical on ground
first he will be band for full series.
40. what committee will assign ground u have to play in how an ever, (if you give home ground
someone playing another and that time no ground available with committee direct 2 points give
to opposite team
41. Make sure what ground u r providing to committee is available.
42. cannot give by in knock out stage (committee will decide any how matches
43. only if rain 1-1 point each Cannot play condition, ground wet 30% also 1-1 point each.
44. If bowler bowls and ball falls out of pitch it will be considered as WIDE BALL Not as dead
ball
Responsibilities of the team captain:
1. Team captain is solely responsible for the teams conduct during the entire tournament..
2. in case of any discrepancies or disagreement between two teams in any matter, only captain
of each team can discuss or talk to on-field umpire or committee member. If in any case any
other team member tries to misbehave or pass any comments to opposing team or umpires, the
team will be disqualified from the tournament.
Note:
The Committee has the right to amend the rules as they deem it necessary for the success of
the League.

CODE OF CONDUCT
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) It's Humble Request to All Captains If Opponent Team Not Sure About Player and Want to
Check Player's ID Please Do the Needful.
2) It's dependent on both captains for over deduction if match not being start on time Committee
has already mentioned in the rules itself.
3) Only Player Will allow to play Knock Out stages if he has at Least played 2 League Matches.
4) Guru Laser Balls are Only to Be Use If Any Team Found Using Other Balls Any Stage of The
Match Opponent Team Will Be Given Winner of The Match.
5) Mankind to non-striker is directly Out (No warning)
6) 1 over 6 ball/ no lbw/committee can hold matches with other team does not agree to play in
knock out
A player may not: -
1. Assault or attempt to assault an Umpire, player, official, or spectator.
2. Abuse, insult, swear at an umpire, player, official, or spectator.
3. Dispute the decision of an umpire or those acting in the place of umpire.
4. Use crude hand signals or other gestures to convey an improper response to decisions or
situations that arise.
If during the game, you observe any improper acts please report these incidents to BS league
19.0 officials with the infringements and the names of witnesses.

1 Please start Match Early Due to Summer Heat
2 Batting Team Arrange and spread Players to Bring Ball outside Boundary
3 Before Match start be ready with 2 New balls & After Power play Guru Laser Only with Printed
Nae, if no Name, Not Allowed
4 Take Water Break Short Max 5 min one Time or keep Bootle with Leg Umpire (Don't keep near
Stump, If ball hit bottle near stump is bowled and run out)
5 Never leave ground or hit stump or remove stump before match finish.
6 If opposite Team Late don't call committee.
7 if u Team Mutual Understanding, don't involve Committee for any decision.
8 Drink Water and be hydrate we came here for family not for Cricket.
9 Don't fight no bad words in Hindi English or Tamil and Malayalam or Urdu or Pushto or Punjabi
10 Umpire will give Fair decision (cricket Ground is our Temple don't lie there for wickets if out
better Leave (Sportsman ship)
11 call always opposite Captain and confirm ground and correct and exact time to start ur match
(Committee last time is 5:15-5.30 AM last)
please check the Team List today itself will be last day we will update and upload till 20 only,
Found more than 20 Automatic it will be removed, later don't inform Committee for any players
issue,
Requesting Last Time to check, and if want to remove any unplayed Players please inform.
